2025.01.26 06:14 DanielG165 The fact that I finally get to drive this monster in a proper sim racer is amazing.
 | This is the first time, to my knowledge anyway, that the ZL1 1LE has officially been featured in a true racing sim, and it’s every bit as glorious to drive as I’d hoped it would be. The mechanical grip is unbelievable, the downforce is stellar, the brakes are nuts, and the overall handling is outstanding. Probably the best/most accurate LOOKING ZL1 1LE model in a racing game, also. The only part that I hope is improved is the engine and exhaust note. The crackles and pops are spot on, but the exhaust is a bit too baritone, not having the gnarly rasp of the real car, and the supercharger whine is extremely subtle here. Otherwise? Damn is this car fun to do hot laps in! Apologies, I just needed to gush for a bit. the place I work at the managers(4) order their food and comp for themselves which I am fine with, 3 of them say they don't do as often because the new owners are always complaining about money, but one of them... boy one of those managers really abuses his authority. Every night since I've been working there (oct 2023) he got food for himself out of the restaurant's dime but he is the type of person that was against the employee discount saying "if servers want to buy their food they should be willing to pay full price" and he was also against the idea of rewarding the first server that sells an X amount of specials in the month. Anyways, on this week specials we had a buffalo chicken dip and a beef stew (which combined sums about 30 bucks) , I say him ordering both, getting both from the window and leaving them in the balcony where the food runners set their trays, and also don't you dare move his plate otherwise he throws a fit even if they stay there the whole night, later in the night I asked him for my check out and we passed through the plates, he looked at them and said "oh man, I forgot my food now its all cold" then I say him simply take the two plates that weren't even half way done and throw everything away, he could've put them in the microwave or reheat them but he decided to just throw two plates of food in the garbage, and the owners wonder why they are losing money... I am just so glad I will be leaving that place soon

 | Just finished day 1 post op. The first night was horrendous as I had some reaction to the anesthesia and projectile vomited for about 12 hours after surgery... let me tell you that part was absolutely brutal but I'm starting to feel a lot better now, especially when I look at these before and after (taken right after surgery). I cannot believe my eyes. I'm not quite at the "no regrets" stage but I'm mentally getting there. So I am building a counter that displays the number of times the button is pressed on the LCD I2C.
Project is almost ready (with Arduino) however I want to make it without Arduino.
And also I want to give it the shape of a device which I can carry with me not just limited to carrying a breadboard and wires showing off.
Like i want to actually put it in a plastic case.
For this what should I do?
There is like electronic market in the city where students buy school/college projects from but there is no shops that convert it into actual product.
Shops there would just give it to me as some carboard attached project which I don't want.
Whom should i contact if I want to give it an actual shape? Some company? or some institute?

2025.01.26 06:14 greasiere- For people with DRASTIC sub results- what is your advice?
So I’ve been using subs for close to three years now and while I haven’t gotten zero results, I haven’t gotten many results either. Hopefully not too annoying but a little background info: I actually posted my feline eye results once on here around a year and a half ago that were legit and noticeable and got 50 some upvotes and some comment. I ended up deleting the post but you can go through my history and find the comments if you doubt me. A short while after, I decided I didn’t think they suited my face so stopped using the subs. Bizarrely, after that I haven’t gotten physical results since then.
I keep using subs because that experience showed to me that they are real (even my mom commented on the change in my eyes without me asking) but like I said it’s been a struggle from there on out. I want to not only get results again but finally get drastic ones.
Which leads to my question: for those who have gotten drastic results, what is your main advice? Whether it’s mindset, specific creators or subs, amount/length/speed of subs etc. Again, while I do doubt at times I largely believe that they are real due to that experience, so I’m not someone in total or even majority disbelief. But I am very confused and discouraged and I want to know how I can get out of this rut. ATP I don’t want to settle for minimal results, I want experience major results in every area of my life. So yeah…any advice is much appreciated and if you have any questions for me, feel free to ask.
