I am in New york state, 25 degrees F outside but my house is still around 60 for now, the powers out and has been for two hours and may not get fixed until tomorrow. While this isn't my first rodeo I've only ever done this with my snakes before. Pillowcases and sleeping w the homes. That obviously wont fly with him, so far I've filled glass jars with hot / warm water and placed them in his terrarium ill changed them out thru the night. Any better ideas?

Hi all! I (22f) suffer from PTSD and social anxiety/isolation is unfortunately one of my severe symptoms.
I went to therapy for about two years to work on relationship and communication skills. However, I struggle with meeting like-minded people.
My church is small, and it's mostly older folks or small young families. As a result, I don't really know how to make any friends my age that follow Christ the same way I do. Or just any friends my age that follow Christ period.
Everyone I know either doesn't believe, actively denounces, or "believes" but doesn't actually practice faith.
I love God with all of my heart and being. He is constantly on my mind. I find myself constantly in the company of the Holy Spirit as I work on myself, actively being guided through my struggles to conform to Christ's image. It is so important to me to share deep conversations about scripture with someone, anyone, who is on a similar playing field. I came to Christ almost a year ago, and have consumed so much knowledge about Scripture through my pastor and my grandparents that I just want to learn more and more.
How can I go about finding people my age in person who share my same faith and level of devotion, when there aren't any young people that I have anything in common with at my church?
Is there like.. a Christian mingle for friends?? A way to find faith based groups of young adults ? A spot that they like to hang out at???? LOL. I'm helpless.

I don’t know how to start this. But I’ve had a girlfriend I’ve been dating for a few years now long distance. I met her when she was 14 and I was 15 about to be 16. Now her family is Muslim and that doesn’t allow dating so it was a secret between us. And as teenagers do we got horny and traded certain pics to each other. And her parents did find out that and got her in trouble for it a few times over the years but she kept coming back despite her parents telling me to stay away from her and stuff. I even planned on marrying her once I graduate school and have a decent job. And her parents don’t like me at all because of that. And we’ve continued to do what we’ve been doing up until now. I got a message from her sister saying she found out about us again. I am now 18 and she is 17. And her sister saw texts of us chatting and saw some of when I asked her for inappropriate pics and when she asked me. She has said she saw and has screenshots of messages of me asking for nud3s and threatening to k!ll her mother. Now I don’t recall ever threatening to do that in any way shape or form and she wouldn’t tell me where or when. Of If I have done that in the past it would’ve been a joke. Not a very funny one but I’d never do something like that especially to her family. And since I’m 18 and she’s still 17 I worry that my consequences will be a lot worse than what they’d normally be. I am really shook and worried about this situation of whether she’s okay and I am. Am I screwed or will it not be as bad as I’m thinking. Also I know I’m in the wrong but is it something I’m really messed ho for and should just take the consequences of my actions or not.
