I 22M 5'5 148 Tested positive for C diffisile but negative for toxins, gastroenterologist put me on vancomycin due to diarhrea.
I almost never smoke and haven't smoke for 7 months and never drink.
I did a stool test due to stomach problems I have been having for months and losing 30 pounds in two months.
My gastroenterologist called me and said that one of my tests came back positive for c diffisile but negative for toxins. He then asked me if I had diarhrea throughout the time I was having stomach problems and I said yes since I had diahrea and even the day before after expirementing drinking hot chocolate.
So he put me on Vancomycin.
Does the fact that I had diarhrea mean that I do have C diffisile for sure?

For starters, I'm 6'6, white, blue eyed and blonde. I tend to be a little nerdier than most, but not the most nerdy. I also love creating stuff, like writing, drawing, painting, anything to get my creative juices flowing. I'm not even close to the best or a professional, but I enjoy it nonetheless.

2025.01.27 05:21 Historical_Fox4660 I’m having a panic attack
I’m not even wishing to get into a good college anymore I just don’t know how I’m gonna afford college. My parents can support me but not enough to where we can just drop 20k a year and be totally fine. The school that I wanted to really go to is only giving me a couple thousand per year, which is nothing since I still have to pay 22k somehow and idk how. I know FAFSA ain’t gonna give me crap because we’re not dirt poor. My friends who didn’t even think about going to this college got full rides and now I feel so stupid and dumb and everything bad. Like obviously my friends deserve it and everything and I’m gonna sound bad but they don’t need the full rides. Their parents are able to support them and they make like 5x what my parents make so it’s just like I’m left to fend for myself and I can’t even relate to anyone because my friends don’t understand the financial hardship and concern that I go through. They’re just like oh yeah just go to this college, and like I cant. I can’t go to a college that doesn’t give me a scholarship or any financial aid. Like I just feel so bad and upset and guilty and I can’t even afford to think about having fun second semester of my senior year. Even if I get into a good school I know I won’t be able to attend it because I can’t afford it.

My inhand take home salary is around 65000-70000 per month. Im 30 years old.
Ive never invested on a good phone. My last phone was a heavily discounted phone i bought for 15000 around 4 years ago.
Right now im tempted by seeing people using good phones around me, and I feel like I should spend around 40,000 on a phone that ive started to like (OnePlus 13R)
But at the same time, it seems like spending too much on a device which might last 2-3 years.
I am thinking of spending 20-25 K on another average phone Motorola Edge Fusion 50.
What would you suggest from a financial point of view and taking into context that the quality of life that a good phone can bring and the durability a good phone can offer.
