Womit und wie trackt Ihr Eure Aktivkalorien?
Habe mich bisher einfach auf meine Garmin verlassen, aber trotz Defizit zischen 500 und 800 kcal tut sich auf der Waage seit Wochen gar nichts. Essen tracke ich ziemlich gewissenhaft, da liege ich max. 100 kcal pro Tag daneben, das sollte bei dem Defizit zumindest nicht so sehr ins Gewicht fallen.
Paar Werte: Mitte 20, 97kg, laut Garmin an nem durchschnittlichen Tag mit Gym und >10k Steps zwischen 3.100 und 3.500 kcal Gesamtkalorienverbrauch

 | I just finished building this shelf that I now sit under for 8 hours a day. Do I need to make some adjustments? 4 lag bolts into studs on the ceiling and wall. Corner brackets plus deck screws on the top. 4 deck screws on each side where the side braces meet the shelf. The whole thing probably weighs about 150 or so pounds with all the stuff on the shelf. Is no one going to talk about tge APEX bank recruitment scam that has just happened? They took the exam through IBPS in November '24 and declared the result on january 13th 2024 and if media reports are to be believed, by the 16th jan all interviews had been conducted, already but by the bank itself not the examination entity ibps. They have allegedly given all the cushy posts to the relatives of sitting MPs, MLAs, and higher level bureaucrats of the government and the bank itself. Also the aspirants who appeared for tge test in November have not been told about their scores nor the so called toppers scores. No one knew when the results were announced and when the interviews conducted. As per policy, for every post 3 candidates were to be called for interview and in reality only one candidate was called for each post as if they were all predetermined to be selected. The bank and its authorities have refused to comment and have resorted to threats and abuse when asked pointedly.
