My husband and I want to move in the next few years, away from the area we currently live in. We have a very small mortgage of 29k on a house that's valued at 300-350k. Where we want to move to, we're looking at houses around the 375k mark, so would need a mortage. I know there are mortgages for the self-employed and we have accounts for the last 10 years showing small to medium profits.
But. The business is geographically tied to our current area as it's landscaping and tree surgery - would the fact that we're moving away from this area prevent us from getting a mortgage?

All of a sudden two days ago I installed it on a whim. Played for the first hour thought it was jank and boring. Kinda got a feel for it, restarted a fresh game. Now I'm stuck. Can't get off this damn game. It's so good its scary. It is legit one of the single greatest gaming experiences I've ever had next to Baldurs Gate 3. As I type this I am at working trying to finish what I need to do so I can load up my laptop and continue my journey!

I received an email from W&L law school this morning that said I was put on “Hold”. According to them, Hold means that you are a competitive applicant at W&L Law, but because we are still early in the admissions cycle, the Admissions Committee would like more time to consider your file.
They also state that while you are in the "Hold" status, you may send any information that you would like to be considered by the Admissions Committee.
Anyone been in a similar position? 15mid 3low.
Should I tell them about any of my admittances for other law schools?

2025.01.27 16:51 Synoopy Problems getting 3rd party aircraft working in FS2024
I brought several aircraft and did get some of them to work like FSReborn product. This was with great difficulty. I just downloaded the DA-50RG from Skyward Simulations and no dice. I go into the 2020 folder and transfer it to the 2024 folder. No peep of it in the game. Some even show they are being streamed in the library but when you go into list of aircrafts they are not there.
My questions are;
{1} if anyone else is having this issue an
(2) if we have to wait until these 3rd Pary model makers have to optimize for MSFS 2024. Answers are greatly appreciated.

Using the Gikei shuriken because I figure it’s incredibly fast and weak so if there’s a penalty to using it compared to others it’s worth seeing
Turns out, the FIRST use of it is worth 160 points just like any other
The second, third, 4th, and 10th use however are only 10% of that at 16 points each (a fight with 10 shurikens tech score was 304, 160 plus 9*16)
We knew that using unique arts scored higher at least to a certain threshold (5 or so) so this explains some of it
But there could also be a way to exploit incredibly fast arts like the Gikei shuriken to pad your score some
