I just got my one year evaluation today and I’m currently average $2000/call. I do service plumbing. I’ve hit my highest month of $73k. What kind of return do your companies give you? Or another question would be, what do you think my commission would be based on your company’s rate? I’m not 100% sure on my companies rates, I didn’t even know we got a choice of commission at one year lol.

I own a samsung S series.. to be precise, the S21 FE. I have noticed that the kind of blurry and so called "aesthetic" pictures I see on internet are exactly like the phone pictures. Almost all my friends who own an iPhone, and know basic photography, can click those kind of pinterest-ty pictures. I struggle to see the same with my Android counterparts.
Is there any specific reason why those pictures look so dreamy with minimal editing and is it possible on an Android? Like the same Pinterest kinda look?

I’m super nervous. I was in my fertile window and most likely was ovulating at the time because my libido was very high. Practically begged/convinced hubs to do me. My husband of 11 years and I did it with a condom on. After we were finished he pulled out and as normal, we always examine the condom. Nothing looked like it spilled. But he does and says “huh? This is the second time this week my balls are wet” lo and behold it looks like there was a slimy substance with a few cream/ yellow or white parts on it. I instantly freaked out thinking my husband back flowed through the base under the shaft. He didn’t let me look more closely as he felt weird. (I don’t think men liked their junk being medically examined) TMI
With a quick 30s I had Condom did look fine as the head was tight and vacuumed though as he was still semi hard. Normally it’s more baggy but this time it appeared full and tight. Im absolutely terrified that we got semen in me.
I took the plan B pill that I had in my drawer (it expired July 2024) immediately.
I’m freaking out. I feel a heightened sensitivity of smell and I’m tired and I have sore boobs. I’m absolutely terrified I’ll be pregnant. I can’t get pregnant. My husband thinks that it’s just my fluids and that I was highly aroused which is why his balls were wet. He goes on to say as I’m in my mid 30s and more horny expect lots of fluids.
I need some reassurance. I really don’t want to have a 3rd because my body doesn’t do well when pregnant and I had severe post partum depression with my first. I’m also on spironolactone and tretinoin and Wellbutrin so I don’t want to add more complications to this as the dr specifically told me if I’m taking spiro don’t plan on having more kids.
Couldn’t get pregnant or am I over thinking it. Is it normal for balls to get wet? 😳

Heyo,
When choosing a new performance bike, and two bikes are on roughly the same tier of quality, how do you prioritize components vs the frame you want?
I'm looking at a BMC teammachine w Ultegra di2 and an aethos w 105 di2. Both are dope. The aethos is the frame I think I'd be happier with but I've never had electronic shifting and don't know if I would really miss the Ultegra over 105. Both fit me well although geo is slightly different.
I'd be curious how you all prioritize during the bike choosing process. I saw some recent posts like this but it seemed like they were comparing frames of objectively different quality with groupsets/wheels with a much wider gap in performance.
My situation is concerning road bikes but I would also be curious if your prioritization changes with road vs gravel vs MTB bikes.

Hi, I am a 28 year old living in the southern US and I applied for the apprenticeship program through my local back in October. I passed my aptitude test in December, and I just got the call with my interview date and time today!
I put together my interview outfit, I touched up my resume, and I’ve got one of my former direct supervisors writing a letter of recommendation.
What questions did you guys have in your interviews? Did you get any prep materials?

 | Hi, my goldendoodle went to the groomer today,, I have the flu and pneumonia, so my roommate took him as it was too late to cancel the appointment and he needed it, I brush him every day and even had a picture for reference. when my roommate brought him home He is shaved all the way down and it does not look anything like the reference photo. He is four months old and just got finished with all of his vaccines will shaving him down this short hurt his coat? I recently bought a new PC and games have been crashing frequently. This happens across multiple games.
PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3d
4080 Super
64 GB RAM
850 W Powersupply
When I did stress tests using Cinebench everything seemed fine, temperatures are normal, fans are running properly, nothing freezes or crashes when browsing. Even when I’m playing games everything works fine for a few minutes, but then all of a sudden the game just freezes and shuts off. I’ve tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers multiple times, verifying integrity of steam files, deleting and reinstalling games, nothing seems to work.

2025.01.29 02:51 ghoulishlich Having trouble getting into Disco Elysium
I’m a huge RPG fan, and I love CRPGs such as BG3, Divinity OS, Fallout 1/2, and Morrowind to name a few. I’m 15 hours into Disco Elysium and I’ve been struggling to get into it due to two main things. IMO there is a huge emphasis on politics (which I’m not into tbh), and there’s a lot of terms that I just flat out don’t understand. For example, the first time I talked to Measurehead I flat out was dozing off because the dude was speaking word salad. Talking to him again, he just seems like a racist weirdo and I don’t get it still. Evrart is obviously shady, but it seems like he genuinely wants to help me. Titus Hardie is a prick, and he literally confessed to murder but I can’t arrest him or his boys because I don’t have the “authority”. At the same time, who the hell casually confesses to murder, something is up. I feel like I’m constantly pissing Kim off. Also, I’m trying to be a good cop and the game constantly feels like it’s pushing me to be a bumbling alcoholic drug addict. I want to like this game, but it’s been a struggle unfortunately.

I love that they have a character that just "is." He's not evil, he's comical but not incompetent, he isn't a hero but he does his job, he isn't some dramatic foil to the protagonist or some corrupting influence or a cautionary tale. He just exists, doing his thing, doesn't cause problems, is likeable and relatable and human. I love that the writers leave him alone in that regard! That's all, resume your lives please.
