Intro: Hello, I graduated 1 1/2 years ago with a Bachelors Degree in Business Admin - Human Resources. Honestly, I just picked human resources just because, since I didn't like the other aspects of business.
HR Experience: After graduation, I was lucky enough to obtain several internships and temporary role as a human resources assistant. I recently left a recruiting role that I didn't like because it was international recruitment and personally felt it wasn't a good fit. My resume doesn't look too good since all roles are under one year. Some roles are just 3 months. Granted, they're internships and a temp role.
Now: Currently looking for roles in HR but, personally I have been losing interest. I never really dealt with employee relations, LOA, and payroll. I've been getting interviews and attention on LinkedIn despite the short tenures but so far no luck. Any advice? Or it's just the job market? Or my interview skills not good enough? I'd admit, my working style is pretty tempered. I don't do well with managers who micromanage or just plain mean. I just don't have the ability to stick it out and mentally I take home the stress from work. Any advice on how to overcome that?

Hey everyone,
Got the Switch version and having a lot of fun but I'm pretty bad so far. I can pretty reliably get to the first boss but can only get it down to around 50% in about a dozen or so attempts.
I'm just trying to unlock the other characters especially Aladdin because he looks really fun to play, so usually play as Scarlett.
I usually focus on increasing my health on the map or just exploring the POIs to try and get more skills. But usually do pretty badly on the boss, just can't seem to dodge the tentacles reliably.
I was gonna give co-op a try but probably wouldn't be much good right now, so is there any particular thing I should focus on or is just gonna take more practice?

2025.01.30 06:41 dankgreentea Can anyone who does A/B split testing on Shopify Help me figure this out?
Been working with a client doing some split testing for him to make his page convert better. And I'm noticing my split tests bring in big changes in the beginning and then throughout the week the results seem to level out and shopify spits out "no change" in the data.
This has happened twice now with two pretty big changes in the site layout, copy, etc. I've never seen this before in any kind of split testing I've done. Either the changes drastically go up or down. Never seen split tests deliver dramatic results and then 'Even out' with a control...
Here's a graph image of the results of the A/B split tests for the past 2 weeks...
For context the first split test was on the 18th, second split test on the 26th. Both tests outperformed the control by a lot in the beginning, and then just 'even out' with the control.
These are pretty significant split tests so it doesn't make a lot of sense why everything eventually 'evens out' when there should be a clear winner every time.

Would it reflect poorly on my resume if I decide to transfer from my current company to other IT company after just seven months as an Analyst? I am currently working in SAP Warehouse Management.
I started my current job last year as a fresh graduate. Before this, while waiting for my graduation rites, I gained three months of experience in Project Management under a contract role. After graduating, I also took on a part-time position as a professor on weekends to help support my family financially.
One of the main reasons I’m considering this move is work-life balance. Although we work remotely, we have both weekday and weekend shifts, which have started to take a toll on my health. Additionally, I plan to pursue my master’s degree this year, which may require weekend classes. A more manageable schedule would allow me to balance both work and studies more effectively.
Career growth is another concern. Opportunities for promotion and salary increases seem quite limited, and many of my colleagues—with three or more years of experience—have already left or are planning to leave due to a lack of progression. As a result, junior employees like myself are left with an increasing workload and additional responsibilities. Most importantly, I feel that my current role no longer aligns with my long-term career aspirations as an analyst.
That said, As a young professional, I worry that leaving after just seven months might seem too soon and could reflect negatively on my professional journey. I would greatly appreciate any insights on whether making this transition now would be advisable.

I'm currently on a 70d ish build, with a 79/80 ingenuity. I have no other chase items, but saving up for one. Using Mahu's. Currently my mana regen can't sustain spark spam, so if I go focus and +3, and upgrade wand to +5, I'll drain mana even faster. Is this how you guys play, relying on Melting Maelstrom, or can you sustain?
Is Adorned good for Spark sorc? Currently I have 8 jewel sockets, each with 4 affixes. Adorned takes it down to 2 each, plus it occupies 1 slot. So if I get a 80% Adorned, each jewel slot gives effectively 3.6 affixes - doesn't seem to gain. What affixes would you target for corrupted Magic jewels?
And just generally not sure what the next step is with this build - I want to get to 200-300k tooltip dps like some of you here.

so, to make a log story short whenever I start my stream on reality it's no issues with gameplay capture, I use the Xbox app to mirror gameplay from my console and there's not much of an issue with sound delay there but whenever I select window capture and l play a video on YouTube or something to reality through OBS using window capture there is about a 30 second delay between audio and video to be more specific the audio is behind video I've tried everything I could possibly think of
