Hey everyone. Unfortunately one of the gutters in the front of my house ripped off due to major ice buildup. I’m working on getting this resolved ASAP, but had a question regarding the ice chunks that are now sitting on the lower roof. Can the lower roof take the weight of these ice chunks? Or should I have them removed? We’re having some warmer weather over the next week so I’m hoping a lot will melt off. Worried about the lower roof failing because of the weight of the ice. Hello Ateneans! Just wanna share my thoughts about something that just came up on my mind. So we all know that the Campus of the Future's construction is on-going already. With that, I'm just really wondering if the reason why dili na sila ga upgrade with the things inside the university like atleast making the rooms more pleasant or well-ventilated or even repair mga guba nga things like chairs, comfort rooms, elevator, etc. is because they're focusing on the uptown campus? Also, di pa diay enough ang tuition nga gibayad sa mga students to have good quality of things nga we surely deserve? Wala diay silay budget for the maintenance man lang with our campus here sa downtown? I know nga everyone is excited jud sa campus uptown but should the current students' welfare be sacrificed just for the future campus? It's just so disappointing that we're paying our tuition yet the quality here is not giving. Sorry, but that's just how I feel.

So I'm generally given very vague deliverables. When I deliver what I understand, either I'm told to do something totally different or I'm told that it's alright but do this also (which is again different to that thing). Explanations of why I'm made to do things hardly exist and I'm politely told that "you've to do JIRAs assigned". Now my contention is: It feels I'm just made to climb up a ladder and come down so I'm not free. Or the deliverables are kept in a way that scope of incomplete work always exists. At most, we're told "this work might be useful in the future. But how we're unsure of. Do this and later on if need comes we will change it", which feels stupid to me, why not do work when it comes, instead of predicting it?
Is this the general corporate trend? Honestly I'm fed up of lack of concreteness and going up the laddecoming down. Even what I'm supposed to work on, that isn't explained thoroughly. So I ask a lot of questions trying to understand stuff (but yes I'm answered all the questions).
How to navigate through such leads? I feel getting an opinion from those who manage people might be helpful, hence this sub.

Adding this freezer. It says amps @ 115 V is 1.7. But also mentions 15A.
I also have a garage door opener. Sprinkler system is plugged in here too.
Breaker says 20A in the garage.
How do I know if I’m adding too much load? Can I add a second freezer similar to above as well?

Just finishing up my first article on this platform and I wanted to link my eBay store at the bottom and every time I click on the link button it just takes away my keyboard.
I'm writing these articles out on my phone, do I have to get on my PC to use the link function? I switched to desktop version on my phone and it did pop up the box to type in the URL, but then nothing happened.
