Hi there,
I'm a Canadian citizen, employed. I have sent an invitation and applied for a visa for a friend but it has been more than 3 months.
I am checking processing times at IRCC for visitor visa from inside of Canada and it says 49 days from inside the country, and 404 days from outside of country. Is there a way to expedite this process with me being the guarantor? Is the a law office that can help with this process. It seems awfully long for them to just come and visit. The step that the application is stuck on is on the background check after biometrics.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a shopping center in California and there was a abandoned laundromat in one of the units. The space has been vacant for over a year, and I took over about a month ago. I want to reopen the laundromat and use some of the equipment. Will I have a problem with the old owner of the laundromat, can he sue me for not giving his equipment back to him if he left it there. Does he legally still "own" the equipment like washers and dryers. Please let me know thanks.

Where would someone be able to find good stores for Thai or even Vietnamese groceries? I've heard Kowloon City's pretty good for that kind of thing, but it is a bit far and costly to get to from where I'm based. Ideally I'd be looking in or around Yuen Long.
Bonus points for frozen Thai style fish or shrimp cakes. But even for just basic things like Thai/Vietnamese vegetables or seasonings.

With my gunslinger reaching lvl 50 I wanted to something I never did when playing as a kid, beat Zakum. Unfortunately I really don't know where to start. As far as I know, it's like a pq that you only need to do once? And after that you can just skip strait to the boss?
I was looking for the correct page on bbb.hidden-street but didn't find it. Can someone please reference me to an accurate guide regarding the required quests for Zakum? Also, is it recommended to do Zakum at lvl 50, or should I get a little bit stronger first?
