Has anyone experience this? Last week i was so constipated and in so much pain. I took laxatives and that took a whole week to poop everything out. I started feeling better a day ago but not 100%. Today i started eating again and didn’t think I ate that much and now I have this pain on the right side. Please help…Thank you.

Has anyone ever had this surgery? This is my first time breaking a bone in my body. Fractured both in an accident. Injury was closer to the upper wrist area kind of .. than more common which some tend to break in the center .. my dominant arm unfortunately smh
Surgery was a few days ago.. I woke up in recovery crying because I felt the pain immediately though under anesthesia still .
Any advice ? Words of encouragement? this is a process.
How long was your healing process? How did you cope with your mental? Tips on gaining strength back?

2003 IS300 base
My rear control arm bushing are bad according to the place doing my inspection. Read some bad reviews in the past on press in replacement bushings, so looking online to buy both left and right full oem control arm assemblies.
The part I come across is:
Toyota 48730-51010
Everywhere I see these sold it’s listed as RR, right rear. There are none listed anywhere I can find as a set with left rear and right rear?
Maybe a dumb question, but I am not with the vehicle currently to get under and double check in person.
Are both rear assemblies marked as RR and they are the same part for both the right and left?

Is there any way to make it more likely the US will declare war after activating 'Just Cause' as Mexico. So far I managed to get the most war declarations when I lost the border war, about 3/8 vs 0/3 when I won the border war. I beat the U.S 2 times, but made poor decisions after which made me lose.
