I’ve been experiencing persistent pain in the metatarsophalangeal joint of my big toe for quite some time. I’ve had tests such as MRI and X-rays, and all the doctors (orthopedists, rheumatologists, and podiatrists) have said everything looks normal. I haven’t been diagnosed with arthritis or any obvious bone problems.
My symptoms include:
Pain in the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe (the "belly" of the toe).
Visible (although small) fluid in the MRI in the area of pain.
Pain increases when walking, becoming unbearable after a while.
When it’s at its worst, the pain radiates up the leg, passing through the knee and going up to the inner thigh.
Rest and ice temporarily relieve the pain.
Consultations and exams I’ve already done:
Orthopedists (3 doctors) → Said that my foot looked normal and the exams didn’t show anything significant.
Rheumatologists (2 doctors) → Confirmed that I don’t have any rheumatic disease.
Podiatrist → No real solution for my case.
Tests conducted:
MRI and X-rays, no signs of fractures or major structural changes.
Despite all these consultations, no doctor has been able to diagnose the cause of my pain. Some possibilities I’ve considered are nerve compression or peripheral neuropathy, but no specialist has suggested seeing a neurologist.
Questions for the community:
Has anyone gone through something similar or knows of any similar cases?
What type of specialist should I see next? Could a neurologist be the best option?
Is there any more specific test I should request to investigate the cause of the pain further?
Do you know any doctors or clinics specialized in this type of issue (preferably in Europe, as I’m willing to travel for treatment if necessary)?
I’m desperate to find a solution, as the pain is significantly limiting my life. Any suggestions or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have my source code, as it is at work. So, I'll try to mimic what I remember from it. I don't have lots of Java experience so please take it easy on me. I've added lines to make it easier to read.
This is essentially what I'm trying to do, but I'm getting an error that simpleArr can't be enclosed in the timer method. I've tried moving line 1 around as well as moving line 5 around and can't get it to work. If I'm making this too complicated, please let me know. My issue is that I don't know how else to go about constantly updating the simpleArr, but I have to keep it updating basically forever. And wow you guys were right, I haven't played since 3.23 and had a couple hours to spare so jumped in:
- Got to my personal hangar, got stuck in interact mode had to quit to desktop
- Got in my ship but bindings were all messed up (as expected), while changing bindinds my T16000M decided to start acting like a 360 controller and couldn't bind some buttons since some act like switching tabs so had to resort to editing the xml file and lots of tweaking in arena
- Tried to get back in to PU and stuck with login queue position 1 for 10+ minutes
- 2 retries later and got infinite loading screen
- 2 hours gone and I have to go to bed for work

I am pretty young not looking to get married any time soon. But recently I was talking to an older guy online who I later found out was married (for 7 years) and had a whole kid.
It’s so insane to me that women go through pregnancy have their bodies change forever and after all that sacrifice a guy could just go behind their back and date a young girl. And the way this guy did it. He has a whole separate account that he logged out of everytime. He sounded so normal and acted loving to his wife. It sounded like she would never ever suspect him. When I asked him if he felt guilty, he said no because his exs cheated on him before so it’s basically fine if he does it too.
And it’s insane because you could be with someone for so long and never truly know them. And being pregnant is such a life altering event. Just for a man to leave???

A while ago I posted about medications and first of all I wanted to thank you all for your input. My cardiologist went right for Ivabradine saying that I have too many comorbitities to take most if not all of the others. The Ivabradine has been amazing for me. I can actually do semi-normal things. I also am getting a handicap placard for my car so I don't have to walk across parking lots all day since my job requires I travel a lot. The parking lots are killing my energy and ability to get through the day so I just wanted to share with people who understand what a big accomplishment these milestones are.

- Lied about having several locations which led people to pick in person because they thought it would be close to home.
- Cost of the exam is the same but all these changes have supposedly cost less for the bar? So is the cost the same to keep up with the inflated salaries?
- No clear communication from the Bar.
- The Bar and Meazure continuously throwing callers between the two. The Bar should be the one speaking to Meazure on our behalf considering how much money we have paid.
- Adding unnecessary stress to applicants during an already very stressful time.

I went from being a temp assistant to a project manager overnight. This happened because my boss, the person I was assisting, abruptly quit, and the organization didn’t want to let me go. They told me they needed an additional project manager and that if I did well, they’d make me full-time.
Oh my god, this role is a complete disaster. I feel like my entire job is babysitting people who make three times my salary. If something doesn’t get done, it’s automatically my fault, even though I reminded people to do it. Since I’m the project manager, I’m suddenly expected to be the subject matter expert too.
When I lead project check-in meetings, it’s crickets. People just stare blankly at me, waiting for answers, and I’m sitting there thinking, I’m not the decision maker here. I’m constantly anxious because things slip through the cracks, and I end up taking the blame.
Is this normal for project management, or did I just get thrown into a total mess? What advice do you have? How can I do better?
