I started my first job on Upwork in last July, and this have going well till November, as since it:
-I have sent 24 proposals, 16 were viewed, 3 interviews and 0 hires -in some periods I boost the profile with 10 connects and apply the availability badge with 20 per week
Even my proposals are being viewe and my profile gets billabe clicks, but I can't get any job, I know 24 proposals in 3 months is low but that because this period there was some conditions made me can't apply more, but in the last 10 days, I am constantly active and boosting the profile and sending proposals but there is no jobs after I paid around 30 dollars in connects and boosting, yeah it seems low but I just earned 1k so I am still a beginner.
Any help?

I released my first single 20 days ago and have never paid for fake streams or used any shady promotion services. The song has been trending on Instagram, with people making reaction videos, and it’s gained about 11K listens in that time.
Today, I got an email from DistroKid saying that my song was detected for artificial streaming and is being removed from Spotify. However, the song is still live right now.
I’m not sure what caused this, could it be from Instagram traffic or people adding it to playlists? Has anyone dealt with this before? What can I do to fight this and keep my song up?

No, this isn't an opportunity for you to shill your services to me in my DMs.
To preface, this is a project for a logo and some very simple social media assets/colors for about 2,000 USD. Not a ton, but certainly not amateur hour for a logo. This person's portfolio seemed really strong. Solid designs, really professional, great renders, and lots of obvious creative skill.
We kicked off the project this week and I was sent a few rough sketches. Okay, I think, they're not great visually but they're just sketches to form a direction. We discuss and move forward, and today I'm sent a logo that was a complete slap in the face. Like, really, really bad. It's flat, ugly, horrible design direction (like genuine amateurish mistakes even I would know not to do), just overall terrible. They want to move on to finalizing it now.
I don't know if this is some sort of scam or she's parading other people's work as her own, but the direct comparison between what she showed as her own work and what I received is unbelievable. I'm not sure what to do, because my confidence that she's legit is on loose ground. I also don't want to throw good money after bad and am 1k in on this as is. I haven't said anything yet but honestly, given very little work has actually been done so far, I'm tempted to ask for a refund.
What would be appropriate in this situation? Even garbage AI logos look better than this.

So I wanted to challenge myself to build a open class car using the MA chassis. Gear placement on the MA is better than MS, so thats the reason I chose it.
Settings rn:
Tires: Low friction (black) front, SHard (back)-they're both uncut so theyre 26mm dia
Motor: Hyperdash pro 2023- around 33,000 rpm
Gear: Highspeed 3.5:1
Front bumpegimmick: AT pivot with center axis Pivot and 2 axis AT on the MA chassis mounts. I used SuperX stay and HG carbon front wide stay (batman front). Roller base is 100mm- and alum 13, plas 13, and hi mount. I also have a catcher brake on front.
Lantern/body damper: I used catcher material for the flexible part, and I just have a frp 19mm roller stay with mass dampers w/ carbon crown.
Catcher damper: Bowl weight on the bumper cut MA chassis holes.
Rear gimmick: I used my own FL system remix: soft springs and 13mm elongated orings (up). They are both 19mm alum roller and they are 104.3 mm wide . I used front wide full cowl stays (x2) and a front under guard as the under guard. I also have a cut frp brake stay and a ms flex crook proof stay to shorten the roller base.
Overall, I am very excited about this car because it has a lot of unknown/unique gimmicks. I have ran it a couple times, and the FL system remix definetly works. ;)
p.s. weight is 136 grams-sorry for the broken body (thats all i had spare)
