28M, and I am straight. I have had a couple of flings before and one relationship, (with girls)
Last relationship ended a year back. I am still dealing/healing with the trauma. Trying to figure things out.

So may seem like a silly question, but for my apps submitted via PSYCAS the last updates I have were that apps were received and verified. If an invite to interview or rejection is updated how does that show up? Is it in the critical alert area? Does it come directly from the school? I tried to look up online, but there's no information that I could find once the application process is complete.

I'm not trying to defend it, but a lot of people say they aren't being able to use the site for hours while I always manage to get in when the estimated time is up.
This is more of a question: do you guys leave the tab with the site open while on the queue? Because I do it and haven't encountered the issue everyone is mentioning. And by open I mean "I let it process naturally and do other things away from my device".

CP came and left like a ghost and did the usual of just dropping off the notice with NO intention or attempt at actually delivering my package. Fast forward to today going to the post office and of course BS happens and I'm not able to pick it up. So I told the clerk that the situation was BS and I wouldn't be there if it wasn't for the fact that the postie didn't even attempt to deliver said package. Her "excuse" is that it's because it has a signature required. Ok, so because I need to sign for it they are unable to attempt to try and deliver it and instead are forced to take it to the post office? Stupidest thing I've heard in all my years of dealing with CP. That's fine though. I'll never use them again for sending any of my things and will be requesting my retailers not use them for shipments to me or they will be refused. Hope they strike and fold after May. Zero sympathy or support for laziness and bullshit here

 | I attempted to grow mono ammonium phosphate crystals on the top of this skull, I was shooting for a cluster of spikes on it and ended up with this mess two days in a row. I grew a few seed crystals first and then glued them to the top hoping a nice cluster would form on them. This solution was a more diluted one from the initial seed solution and I did add a few grams of alum to get them more spiky. I 16M am not the best rower in my club in any way and despise ergs as much as the next but I do still have to do them.
I recently just did my last trial and was determined to get a new PB but after a long day at school I burnt out and actually pulled slower than my old time.
I just want to know what the best things are to eat and fuel my self throughout the day to be prepared. I’ve also thought of taking pre-workout or something just before my trial but am not sure if that’s a good idea.
What do I eat and how can I stick to my pace mentally?
