I’ve been diagnosed with Gastroparesis, Chronic Gastritis, and had anemia which has since been resolved.
Here’s the issue, I was pregnant with my second child and after my C section I had an incident… After coming out of surgery I became extremely faint, turned blue, and nearly passed out.. they slammed fluids and got me back to normal and I was fine afterwards.
I HAVE NOT FELT THE SAME SINCE. I now have chronic low blood pressure, constant numbness in arms and legs, I nearly black out every time I stand, I cannot concentrate, I get blurry vision, I’m always so tired (my baby who is now 7 months old sleeps well through the night so it’s not a baby issue). I don’t know what’s going on. All my labs came back completely normal.. actually they are the best they have ever been, my doctor ran a full panel of pretty much anything you could think of. She is sending me off to cardiologist but it’s going to take about a month to get in. My symptoms are getting much worse, does anyone have any similar issues? If so do you have any advice on how I can feel better?? I literally cannot function anymore on a daily basis. I’m currently laying in bed because if I stand I know I’m going to faint. :( thanks in advance.

2025.02.01 18:41 Sharp_Trip_896 AIO for getting upset at my fwb after I got an abortion and he abandoned me?
I 26F got pregnant by my fwb 27M, and recently got an abortion because we are both not ready to raise a child, mentally and financially. It would just be unfair for the baby. I am on birth control pills, so it was really an overwhelming and upsetting time for me. I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant. He got me the test and he was there for me when I did the test, which I appreciate. However, after we found out it was positive, he abandoned me and let me do everything by myself. Prior, during, and after the abortion process, he didn't give any support - financially or emotionally. He even got mad at me and told me to get rid of it fast because time is of the essence, and he said it would be harder for us to get rid of it the longer we wait. He didn't even offer to accompany me to the clinic, or make calls, or even ask me if I need something or how I'm feeling. I felt abandoned in the whole process, even though this whole thing is both our responsibility. I'm not sure how men process emotions when it comes to getting someone pregnant. I never asked him to be there for me during the surgical procedure, but I told him that I needed him emotionally, even as a friend, because I was so overwhelmed and he was the only person I could talk to about this. He apologized, but expects me to move on like nothing happened. I got upset at him and haven't talked to him. I've been really emotional the past few days, I'm relieved but also feel some kind of guilt and I hate myself for being irresponsible. I know we are not in a relationship, so I can't really ask for too much besides emotional support. I understand that it was a really stressful time for him too, but was I unreasonable for getting upset at him for abandoning me? AIO?

Acho que já vai fazer quase 1 mês que estou utilizando linux mint e acho que é uma boa hora para deixar meu relato e críticas sobre o sistema. Lembrando que é tudo com base na minha experiência e opinião.
Pontos positivos:
-É facil de usar e personalizar;
-Tem vários aplicativos alternativos bons (Dependendo da sua necessidade);
-Já vem com navegador, drivers e programas de edição de documentos;
-Fácil de instalar;
-É ótimo para desenvolvimento web;
-Tem uma ótima loja de aplicativos (É um bom quebra galho para quem não está habituado a instalar coisas via terminal, entretanto a loja não tem muitos aplicativos, então você vai ter que instalar via terminal);
-Usa os recursos do pc de forma otimizada (Você consegue jogar enquanto instala algo ou usar seu navegador, mesmo utilizando hdd ele roda muito bem);
-Não te obriga a atualizar (O sistema busca automaticamente atualizações e deixa ao seu critério se quer instalar ou não, além disso te dá a possibilidade de desativaativar as atualizações);
-Te dá uma boa liberdade (Você fica livre para fazer o que quiser com ele, se você for um usuário mais experiente com linux vai conseguir fazer muitas coisas);
Pontos negativos:
-Algumas coisas são difíceis de configurar ou instalar (Ex: drivers de câmeras ou drivers de amplificador virtual);
-Não tem suporte a certos jogos ou aplicativos(não são compatíveis com linux);
-Os "emuladores" (wine e bottles) de programas .exe não rodam certas coisas (Ex: Unity ou visual studio e alguns jogos que não têm instalador, apenas o executável);
-Coisas relativamente simples podem ser confusas para quem não está acostumado (Ex: DesinstalaInstalar um programa .bin);
-Algumas coisas precisam ser instaladas pelo terminal (Para quem não gosta é um pouco ruim, eu particularmente não me importo);
