We have had three ashes brought down in our garden today, and the agreement due to lack of access was they would fell them and cut them into manageable (rollable) sizes for me.
So now I have a garden full of ash, I'd say 80 linear meters of wood of about 700mm diameter and cut at around 2ft lengths.
So after first of all realising each section is well over 100kg and just moving them will turn into a winter gym.... what order do I do things in?
Dry as they are before cutting? I swing an axe at one just for fun and it was like hitting concrete. Future warm me is happy, but current me is asking why I didn't pay them to take it!

I'm looking for a small Linux distro without desktop environment for VMs, not containers. I just tried the "minimal" Debian ISO and selected nothing but the SSH server and it still used more than 2 GB! What I'm looking for should be more in the < 100 MB range. It should still have the ability to install common tools like curl, ifconfig, python, this kind of thing, from a package.
Alpine almost fits the bill, but the musl thing frequently causes issues when building for example Node.js libraries that use C code.

Do you fall asleep naturally once you have taken zolpidem or do you have a hard time falling asleep, like you wait 10 minutes and then you force yourself to close your eyes to sleep ?
I ask this question because even with zolpidem, I have to force myself to sleep, I take it and chill a bit on my phone then I switch off my phone and just force my self to close my eyes And I keep my eyes closed for about 30 minutes.

 | First pic was my first ever loaf (I think we’ve all been there at some point lol) and the last pic was my loaf from today— a boule— which I haven’t made in a while. Ears are really not my strong suit but I kinda like mine without ears as they hurt my mouth while eating. My old bakes had been gummy and dense and just way too sour. I don’t bake as often as I did when I was just starting/mastering my sourdough, but from experience and now knowing my style and craft, I can get consistent results. My skills took off when I moved to Europe and got a starter from a bakery here. Sixth pic until the last pic are my bakes from the new starter. My loaves are not Instagram perfect but they have been the best they’ve ever been since I started on this journey 5 years ago. My doughs are around 70%-72% hydration. My (18F) boyfriend (18M) and I have been dating for about 9 months, and he’s always sort of had a thing about not doing things that seem boring. He also gets mad really easily when things don’t go to plan. It’s worth mentioning that he is (most likely) bipolar, as his mom is and says he acts just like her. He is also very low on the spectrum, usually just sensory issues.
His mom is on medication and usually when she gets angry, she can turn it around and find the positive. My boyfriend refuses to be on any medicine or to see a therapist, and I feel like that’s the only thing that would really help him.
So with that in mind, I went wedding dress shopping with my sister. I was texting my boyfriend and saying to make sure he’s free the whole weekend of their wedding, and if he couldn’t promise that, than just the day. He said “maybe” I said I wanted him there, he goes “idk”. Eventually I really needed him to understand so I told him that it is important to me that he goes. His response to this was “:/ ig I will”. I then proceeded to tell him that I don’t want him to complain about doing something he doesn’t want to do and he said “lol k”.
I really don’t know what to do. I guess I’m wondering if IATAH for asking him to, and kind of making it not an option to say no to, going to my sisters wedding with me? As I said before, it is important to me that he joins me. I guess I also want to know if anyone else has been in a situation like this and if he will grow out of everything having to be his way?
A little more backstory: This is my first relationship, so I really don’t have anything else to base this off of. He can be snippy sometimes and I often realize he can’t control his anger around me as well as he can around other people, and if he’s angry and then we go meet other people he’s totally fine once around them. I do know that he has acknowledged that he doesn’t know why it’s so hard for him to fake his emotions around me, but he’s never had that issue before. And he also does apologize for his actions without me asking him to, whenever he sees I’m upset about something, or I lash back.
I do not want to just break up with him as I understand we are just kids and these things may work themselves out, and he truly is a good guy.
