 | With the first race done and the results in, I think the tone of the Circuit Phase has been set. As a general rule, the cars that were expected to do well did, the ones that I had lower hopes for, mostly did about as well as I expected. One exception to that, the Tesla Model S, which placed the lowest by a wide margin during qualifications, pulled itself up from a 20th place start, to a 14th place finish, very surprising results. The next race will take place at Deep Forest. 10 Laps around the track to either climb or maintain standings in the line up, thank you all for keeping up with this!  | Current specs: -Corsair 2000D airflow case -ASUS ROG STRIX b450i mb -Corsair h150i 360mm rad -Corsair 120mm case fans (x3) -Ryzen 7 5800x3d -Corsair Vengeance 32gb 3600mhz memory (16gb x2) -Nvidia 3060ti -Corsair SFX750 platinum PSU* -WD sn850 black 1tb m.2 (x2) So I know this card is overkill for 1440p but I intend on moving to 4k when I purchase a new monitor(s). After looking more into the specs I realized it would be safer to upgrade to an SFX1000 PSU which I’m still waiting on. I also then realized the 2000D wouldn’t fit the card, so I modified my case to fit this new chonker (cut out back panel, sanded smooth edges, cleaned out entire chassis of shavings and metal dust, primed all bare metal and covered cut lines with rubber stripping). I guess my question is, this is my first time using a Radeon card. I’ve downloaded DDU to uninstall nvidia drivers at which point I assume it’s as simple as installing new GPU and installing drivers for AMD? The other question is this card is 3x8pin PCIE. The PSU I have on the way has up to 6 PCIE power connectors on it so I assume running 3 cables to the card is preferred. I have no intentions of overclocking CPU or GPU so I hope that the 1000w PSU should suffice considering space concerns. I just prefer running native resolution w/o upscaling and am tired of being gaslit by nvidia that DLSS is better than properly developed and optimized games with great art direction. submitted by VesperLynn to radeon [link] [comments] |

To the devs who actually posted their work online or released games, How did you overcome the fear of sharing your work? Or did you ever feel that fear at all? I’ve spent nearly 14 months working on my game, and now that I’m at the point where i want to share it, I feel paralyzed especially as this is my first time developing a game.

What prompted this post was looking at my PTR91K vs. my parts kits. I have a free floating barrel on my PTR91K. All the times I had the gun out shooting, cleaning.... I didn't notice that it was a free floating barrel.
And of course, now I wonder how much difference in accuracy it matters and if other others don't (MSG90 does), why not?

TLDR: moved into a flat with no access to electricity for 5 days after paying 6 months advance.
Like the title says last October I moved into a flat, while it was on the cheaper end and had a few issues I was confident it just needed a bit of a clean however upon moving in and paying roughly ÂŁ4500 I found that the property had no electricity,
After finding the metre and failing to be able to activate it (all it would display is a debt of over ÂŁ7000) I contacted my landlord and the maintenance team however I was lucky to get one email a day from the landlord and all the maintenance team would tell me was the location of the metre which I already discovered,
After roughly 4/ 5 days of sitting on hold with energy companies and trying but failing to get any solution from the letting agents I was forced to get an emergency call out to the flat to replace the metre itself,
In the flat everything is powered by electricity so for the first 5 days I had no access to heating, lights, shower, fridge/ oven/ hobs/ washing machine and had to charge my phone at a nearby McDonald's just to sit on hold with energy companies,
Is there any way I can claim compensation from my letting agents via a reduced rent or lump sum due to these issues, I have emailed them about this but they seem to shift the blame to the electric company who on their end say they weren't aware of any faults until I made them aware.

Not all women, majority of whom i have seen. Just stand still when a person is trying to move in the bus when they are trying to get off/on. Not to mention how they tend to drag along their handbags and or other items without a care in the world bashing the seated people in their face.
P.s. Men aren’t any better. Just that a lot of women tend to do this from what i have seen
