I’m both hydrogen and methane dominant. Every day I wake up it’s almost impossible for me to get out of bed. I’m in such a fog when I wake up. This makes me very prone to feel anxious and makes it really hard to start my day. My energy eventually comes and I have normal energy towards night time. I often am awake through a lot of the night and sleeping in. I just can’t wake up in the morning. Someone tell me they are going through this too!

 | My cockatiel was recently found to have metabolic bone disease and multiple fractures in his feet. He's currently on supplements and pain killers but I was wondering if anyone else has experience with Bone disease in their cockatiel/what to do from now on? Right now it's looking like I'll be keeping him in a separate smaller cage overnight so he isn't at risk of bad night frights (two other cockatiels live with him in a big cage) and I'll probably put vitamin supplements in the water from now on to help with VitD levels... He's on a seed+pellet diet with some vegetables and egg occasionally Any ideas or help/advice would be appreciated. I typically go for builds where I have a decent +mult and some sort of xMult to bolster it. I’ve become comfortable with certain types of jokers and tend to ignore ones that I find useless (probably through ignorance). When do I buy planets? Tarot every hand? Sometimes I feel like I am self-sabotaging my run.
I get it that not every run is successful, but I’ve yet to achieve certain thresholds like having $400 or a 100,000,000 chip hand.

I am yet to hear from my top choice and saw on gradcafe two posts that reported interviews for the program. I'm guessing this mostly means that if I haven't gotten an interview yet, I'm not getting in.
BUT it gets worse. I was just re-reading the SOP I submitted to this uni and realised I'd missed changing another uni's name in one place in the middle of a paragraph. In 5 other places, it's this uni's name but I completely missed another uni's acronym in one spot. I'm done, right? I don't think they'll overlook such a silly error. My SOP is really good but this will take me down when I already had very little chance. So angry at myself
