Hey, guys, new poster here, sorry to bug you guys, but I am looking for an old deleted fanfic on FanFiction.Net, it was called Darn Me PokeBall's Jammed or something like that, from what I remember it involves Pein killing everyone and finishing his plan and wiping everyone out, leaving Kami to reset the world, and then it crosses over into Pokemon, where some of the characters become Trainers, the only other things I rememeber is it had a cheeky Buizel and an Ursaring who attacks the Buizel cause they provoked them, I cannot remember the author as this was like 10 years back I think, and I cannot remember the genre, but if you guys can help a guy out, Id be very grateful, if need be I can try and provide more information from what I remember, but I dont remember much else, but please try and help.

I own a small used sofa business.
On New Year’s Eve I had a lady reach out to me that really “needed“ a sofa because she just moved in.
She came from another state and had supposedly lost her credit card so she didn’t have access to the bank account cause that bank isnt in this state. She asked if I take Square which I do and she asked if we could do an ACH.
After some back-and-forth, I decided to trust her and go ahead and accept ACH… In my other business when we take ACH we have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the payment to clear to deliver the product.
In this case, I was a little bit too trusting and decided not to wait the 3 to 5 business days and just delivered it the day of.
Of course, couple days later the ACH bounces.
She is saying that the money got taken out of the account, and then because of that transaction, her bank has froze the account because they thought it was fraud. Which I personally believe is complete bs. You cant live a whole month without having access to your acc and a bank isnt gonna freeze your account for this long.
She is saying that because of this transaction she has had her bank account frozen for over since dec 31 and has been having to eat at a food bank because she doesn’t have access to her bank account. I personally believe its bs.
I told her we’re going to have to go and remove the unpaid sofa, she said that won’t be possible because her dogs broke it. Another bs lie I think shes making up.
Should I just take the L?
Should I try to fight it in civil court? Would it be worth my time?
Amount owed is $600

This may sound silly so I’m hoping for no judgment
I live in a newer-ish apartment building in Bushwick and have been wanting to get more locally involved in both the neighborhood and my direct neighbors in the building. I’ve seen people encouraging reaching out to your neighbors and community in these awful times and I would like to do that, but I’m not sure how.
I was considering taping a little note to the doors of my neighbors on my floor (I think there’s 7 apartments on the floor) to say that times are tough right now and that they can rely on me as a neighbor if they need anything. My building is a mix of individuals, couples, families, and pretty diverse. Would this be offputting, or do people generally receive this sort of outreach well? Is there any downside to trying?

I am still in love and cannot live there without him. I need to rent a place. But even a shared flat is too expensive. The right’s reaction to presidential elections is often like their reaction to team-sports. If they win they behave like sore losers in a team-sport and make fun of dems, if they lose, it’s a conspiracy.
Another example that comes to mind is their fear of the “deep state”. When it comes to money in left-leaning politics, it’s an evil conspiracy, one that im not entirely convinced they actually believe. Same for last election. However now that Elon is in a position of political power and basically every major billionaire in the US is sucking up to trump, they say nothing. Now that the entertainment of winning is over they could care less about that, or policy implementation and how it might effect their lives.
