The Taliban are taking over the operations of Afghanistan’s only luxury hotel in Kabul, more than a decade after they launched a deadly attack there that killed nine people.
The Serena Hotel said Friday it was closing its operations in the Afghan capital on Feb. 1, with the Hotel State Owned Corporation taking over. The corporation is overseen by the finance ministry.
The Taliban first targeted the Serena in 2008 and again in 2014. Acting Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani acknowledged planning the 2008 attack, which killed eight, including U.S. citizen Thor David Hesla.
Last year, in a sign the country was preparing for more overseas visitors, the Serena reopened its women’s spa and salon for foreign females after a months long closure, only to shut them again under pressure from Taliban authorities.
The Taliban have barred women from gyms, public spaces including parks, and education. Last year, they ordered the closure of beauty salons, allegedly because they offered services forbidden by Islam.

My breeder said that their ragdoll cats are susceptible to death and severe reactions if they get the rabies vaccine. I will have to follow the law of my state if it is required, but I am getting a lot of anxiety over this, does this mean that I basically have to get the rabies shot and my cat either lives or dies and that's it? I also tried to do some more research and I don't know if it's true, but there is a newer mRNA based rabies vaccine that could have lighter side effects, if anyone has any expertise, knowledge, or reassurance on this I would appreciate it so much.

I'm straight but I've always wondered why is reddit so more inclusive of the LGBTQ community? I go on YouTube with a comment about something said by a gay person or maybe who talks about LGBT and there's at least one reply who says something homophobic (they might just be trolls tho) But then I go to Instagram reels and the homo/transphobic reply SOMEHOW has much MUCH more likes than the positive comment, and the worst part is that they're actually very long and not just a quick "I hate gays/trans" quick troll, which means they actually firmly believe those thoughts. Here however, the second one says something homophobic, gets super downvoted. Why?

I come to give my opinion on the remaining characters.
Clarifying that they are not in order of importance, it is an order that I see logical with respect to recent revelations.
It's seven weeks, so I'll give seven characters and the reasons why I see them in the game
- Hinamori: many people hate her, but her popularity in Japan is undeniable, the reason to see her this Monday would be to finish with the lieutenants with her, they would be all the ones that are relevant to the series and the fandom, besides there are no female characters in this game.
- Ikkaku: in Hinamori's post I said that it would be the final point to the lieutenants as well as Ikkaku would be the end of the Shinigami as a faction, he at this point of the story is just another officer, so I see logical to respect certain hierarchy of ranks, although they could vary these positions.
- Nnoitra: with most of the Shinigami already confirmed it is time to move on to the most prominent enemies of the classic bleach, and it would be ideal to start with Nnoitra, at least the first six espadas should be in the game.

- Barragán
- Starrk
- free spot: honestly not sure who could be here, it could be orihime, isshin, dangai ichigo, Yumichica, Yammy, Aaroniero, Zommari or white even a final trailer with all the roster revealed
