on the travelmate spin b311r-31 the function keys work as shortcuts for certain things (eg turning up volume, brightness etc) now lets say im trying to use f11 to fullscreen on google instead of just fullscreening it will just turn up the volume

Have trouble using the app today? I spent all morning trying to upgrade a flight using the app. I ended up with no upgrade and missing 30,000 miles. I ended up calling in and spent 3 hours trying to get everything fixed. Miles were restored, but the promised upgrade? Gone again. I had one person tell me I was charged today for a first class upgrade on the second leg of my trip. I had to screenshot my receipts to show I had paid for it a week ago. I know they're probably stretched thin because of the holiday, but it was just grossly incompetent today. Guess I'm calling again tomorrow 🤷♂️

I’ve started bingeing 90D and all the spinoffs, and I’m up to S7. I also like to search Reddit and see of other people feel the same as I do when I’m watching it. One opinion that I have that may be unpopular is I don’t think the foreign women are wrong when they’re demanding all these financial things from the American men. Hold on. Let me finish before you want to tussle.
America is in a very small category of countries in the world who do not ultimately look at the man as the ultimate provider of the household. So when these American men bring these woman over, they want to act like these women are trying to take all their money and love to say, well, you’re asking for all this stuff but I’m the only one working and paying for you to come over, but that was always the expectation. It’s understood that when you’re bringing these women over that you are not only going to provide for them but you’re going to upgrade their lives. So, no, they’re not being gold diggers or using them for these American men for their money (and let’s be honest, most of these men don’t have money anyway), but they are holding them accountable.
American men bring these women over and make all these promises and then when they aren’t providing what these women expected, all of a sudden these women have “changed” or “this isn’t the woman I met,” or “now, I’m starting to wonder if she just used me for a green card.” No, the American men thought they were bringing a woman over here for their personal benefit and they’re holding the American men accountable to do what a lot of times they promised these women they were going to do to get them to agree to give up their life and come over to America. Let’s not be dense. No one is giving up their whole life from a foreign country — most likely a third-world country— to come to America and not be upgraded significantly in lifestyle.

Hey everyone! My first time with a calathea medallion although I have some of its cousins too. This guy has some brown spots and I’m not sure what’s causing them, would love your help!
Plant background: have had it for maybe 2-3 months. Had one small crinkly brown spot when I got it (shown in the photo of the leaf that’s like folded in on itself where the spot is).
Environment: pot has drainage. I used a standard indoor well-draining soil, either the kind made for succulents or I mixed that with a regular one, I don’t remember honestly… it’s a couple feet away from the window, but does not receive direct sun (as far as I’ve seen, but I don’t sit here and stare at it all day 😂).
Watering: water (with tap water) when the top 2 inches feels dry, and I used a pencil to create some holes in the soil for extra aeration. I haven’t done anything to add humidity but where I live my average indoor humidity is 50% (in winter) to 70% (in summer) so I’m not sure it’s necessary to add more.
Fertilizer: I haven’t done this since it’s only a couple of months old, and actually I’m not in the habit of fertilizing any of my house plants so feel free to tell me if that’s a big mistake haha
The brown spots have shown up slowly over the last couple weeks. They’re only on a few leaves and those leaves are all next to each other. I inspected the soil and leaves for obvious signs of creatures and didn’t see any. The leaves are also kind of curling but I’m so hesitant to water it more, because I feel like I’m following the watering instructions and don’t want to overwater. I’d love to hear what you think! I love this guy so much and want to keep him happy.

Bit of a hot take I guess.
I get that he seems pretty 1 dimensional and underdeveloped, but I think he served his job as a side character pretty well.
Sure he doesn’t have a ton of personality, but his silent demeanor fit the tone of “reserved psychopath” pretty well. I don’t think we’re meant to know him just yet.
And his background at Arkham is a perfect tool to introduce us to Arkham behind the curtains. The scarecrow sneak peak, the Bliss being manufactured at Arkham, falling in love with a patient, he’s a great representation of what the staff at Arkham are capable of.
I also don’t hate him and Sofia’s relationship at all. Even if his purpose is just for Sofia to use him, both romantically and professionally, it adds a depravity to his psyche that I find compelling.
I don’t disagree that they could have done more for him, but I think he’s getting too much hate.

Me and 2 other guys live in college accommodation together. We did not know each-other prior to moving in in September but we get along okay. However there is one problem that is bugging me and makes me feel insane. They never clean up after themselves. I have told them countless times to clean up as the kitchen is a common area and it’s disrespectful to leave all your dirty dishes out. But the response is always “I’ll do it later” and later never comes. Even when I tell them to do it now they just barely wash them and just leave the clean dishes in the sink for days, Not even willing to dry them and put them away. One of them has dropped out of college but remains living here and is just spending his days playing the PS4 in the kitchen and drinking ( which he lets his cans pile over everywhere) he also leaves loads of jumpers and clothes around the place which bugs me because why can’t he just put them in his room
There has been times I come home from college 9-6 and I literally have to shove all their dirty dishes to the side of the table so I can literally sit down and eat a meal, I feel like I can’t even cook anymore. I’ve had to clean up their dishes about 3 times since moving in because it got to the point I couldn’t live sane anymore. The fact that the 2 of them are so okay with it makes me feel like I’m the one who’s being overdramatic. I need advice I’m at my witts end and it’s hard to maintain a decent relationship with them because I always find myself angry

Hi! I've been working on my voice quietly for a bit now and don't have any real influences around me who could help out.
Because I haven't been getting any outside feedback, I don't know if I'm on track to a great voice or not. That's really what I'd love to know here. Also to make sure I'm not doing this all wrong and actually damaging my voice somehow.
If you've heard Benson Boones voice, you'll get what I mean by texture. I'm not trying to emulate my voice like his, but I'd like to make my singing feel more engaging.
Eventually I'd really like to get myself a private teacher, but until then I really appreciate all your support!
