 | Sorry if this is a dumb question, this is my first Fifa game and i can’t seem to figure out how to do a through cross like a through pass, as shown in the clip. I don’t think it’s r1 + Square or a normal cross, as when i cross normally it goes directly at the player instead of ahead. Do i need a playmaker++ player or something like that? I don't have a PC, laptop or anything to play games, so I used to watch Gameplays, lucky me I met my boyfriend who is a gamer, and instead of giving me excuses like "sorry for not texting I was playing" he calls me asking what game do I wanted to watch or saying that he wants to show me a new game.
But it's been months that we wanted to play something together (I tried installing on my phone, but it lags too much). Yesterday my friend bought her laptop to my house,since we were going to make a "girls night" and she let me install one of his favorite online games so I could play with him a bit. (Recroom)
I felt so close to him, 2 hours looked like 2 minutes for us, he was showing me how the game works, how to do stuff. Was so so fun!!! After almost an year watching he playing I could finally join him. He even got his VR to hug me virtually lol.
I love that guy

I don't really care about the keyboard, it just has to work and look okay, same with the mouse, I play on controller anyway. I would prefer to buy a silver version (I believe the Bburago model came in silver, blue and red), but in all honesty, I intend to paint it to match his actual car anyway, so I’ll take what I can find.

I already posted this in csMajors but was told its a better question for more people more senior in the field
I am a spring 2024 grad and have been searching for a full year. This week I finally received offers from Capital One and Apple. I also completed Onsites at Google a while ago. Google would be my top choice, but I’ve been in the team match process for over a month. Despite my recruiter and referrer mentioning that I had excellent onsite results, I’ve only met with two teams, and that was just a day after starting team match. I haven’t heard back from them since.
Although I dont want move to California, Apple seems like a solid second option. However, the role is for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), not a Software Engineer (SWE) or Software Development Engineer (SDE). I’m not as interested in the testing and don’t want to be stuck as a test engineer long-term. That said, if transitioning to an SWE role within Apple is relatively straightforward, it might be worth considering.
The Capital One offer is for their Technology Development Program (TDP), which seems like a good opportunity—it’s an 18-month rotational program across two different SWE teams. However, I’ve heard horror stories about both Capital One and the TDP program, so I’m hesitant.
TLDR; I’m unsure what to do. Should I take the Apple offer and risk not becoming an SWE, go with Capital One and the TDP program despite my concerns, or continue waiting for Google Team Match?
