I have suffered from what I think is IBS since I was little, I am now 32 years old.
I have read thousands of posts and information shared by the community but I had never stopped to think that maybe we do not share symptoms including all the variety that IBS can be.
My symptoms since I was little and that have been cured for 4 years were: -Brain fog -Extreme fatigue -Joint pain -Psoriasis -Continuous muscle aches. -Reactive hypoglycemia.
These symptoms are totally controlled with diet, years and years of trial and error (doctors never helped).
The fact is that no matter what I do, my gut or digestive system is sick every 7-10 days.
I've been on an ultra-restrictive diet for a long time, but it doesn't matter, I always get sick, my symptoms are always the same:
-Suddenly I feel indigestion, as if my intestines were inflamed, which means I can't eat properly for 2-3 days, it doesn't get better with defecation, in fact sometimes it gets worse when I defecate. I hardly have any diarrhea, and constipation is often a problem (but as I said, it doesn't get better with defecation). The only way to get well again is to eat a diet with little rice and chicken for 2-3 days to get back to "normal." My question is, do you feel like this condition knocks you out for several days, and you can't eat anything until your digestive system is "well" again?
This causes me enormous frustration because it limits my life almost completely.
Sometimes I think that I have poor intestinal motility and that every so often my entire digestive system collapses, but it also happens even when I am not constipated, so I don't know what to think.
The doctors have done several tests on me, including: - Gastroscopy - Colonoscopy - Ultrasounds (not of the small intestine, but of the liver, pancreas, kidneys...)
All of them without significant alterations. The truth is that I have always told them that my problem seems to be in the small intestine, but they have ignored me, nothing new.
I also want to tell you that my life is shit compared to a healthy person in the first world, I have missed so many things and this has caused me so much pain in every way that I hardly feel anything at all, before I was happy when the disease gave me a break, but now I know that it always comes back.
Anyway, there are always worse things, I have a roof, water and food, much more than half the world I suppose.

Because now the team which gets 1st blood will just now all rush boots to have them ugpraded by grupping bot for drake or by getting some other epic monster like 3 grub or pushing first tower ( hello 5v2 botlane ).
That makes no sense at all it's just weird snowball given back to us as "new season" mechanic.

hi! i'm in south carolina and we're required to make 2 searches a week to be eligible for unemployment. i've made quite a few searches this week already, and it won't register in my unemployment hub. it's driving me crazy and i don't want to be disqualified from benefits due to something like this. has anyone else had this issue? is there a way to fix it? thank you!

The baby’s cries while she’s changing her is truly breaking my heart. I’m currently pregnant and it made me cry. She sounded so upset and in pain. As a mother, I couldn’t imagine leaving her side. I’d use any resource I could to have someone be with my other children. This is so heartbreaking. I hope they don’t release this child back to her. And to be live during all of this is crazy!

I wanted my escalate my case as I have a job offer, for that, we reached out to our Congressman’s office. They responded saying that as my case is pending at the National Benefits Center, the decision to expedite a case that required field office review made by the field office jurisdiction.
They then asked us to reach out to the field office to make an appointment to expedite it. The number the office provided is 800-375-5283 which is an automated number and I couldn’t make the request.
Has anyone know how to reach out to the Field Office to request?

Looking for tips on mid transition work clothes for a casual office :)
I’m currently badly overdoing jeans and converse and knit combos! That’s basically copying the less dressy end of my female colleagues (we’re engineers). I’m still working with a very masculine figure — narrow hips etc — and I know it’s quite lame of me but I don’t have the confidence to try even ballet flats and high waisted sacks and a blouse. I’m sure I’ll figure something out but if anyone who’s been here already had great tips I’d love to hear them!

I just recently asked someone out after knowing them for around 3 months, and it was a pretty exciting moment of my life, mostly because her best friend was basically giving me the green light. A lot of her own friends were telling me that if I liked her, I should just shoot my shot. I even told some other of my friends that I made recently of what I was doing, just because I thought this was really going to happen. After I sent the message though, everything went radio silent. Her best friend just disappeared, my other friends who I told just ended up not replying. Her, herself, never even read the text of me asking her out, yet she’s been active. I swear, it feels like they are all in a big private group chat, laughing at me, setting me up.
