I just finished Invisalign yesterday, and my orthodontist put a fixed retainer on my bottom six teeth. However, they are going to have me wear a removable retainer for my top teeth. They told me they'll have me wear the fixed retainer on my bottom teeth for about a year and then switch me over to a removable retainer. Is this normal? Should I ask my orthodontist for removable retainers for my bottom teeth too? I don't love the feeling of the fixed retainer, and I'm concerned about cleaning them.

KL should be kept as an opener just for the fact that he has a calming presence for YBJ. The pair worked well this innings, should be given a chance throughout the series. I don't care about KL but we need YBJ to perform well, let KL help him as much as he can. Brohit I feel will get YBJ into a intent mindset as well which YBJ already "suffers" from. Apart from that, KL's position has changes a lot, let him settle at opening and play here, it's kind of ridiculous how much he gets moved. Play him for the series, if he fails he should rethink his test career. Brohit can come late at 6/7 when the 2nd new ball comes and handle that ball with intent. 2024.11.26 15:40 HealthyNaturedFun Curious - does anyone find older clutter harder? Any tips?
We recently had insulation put in our attic and basement... and so my slow and steady efforts have really been shaken up with things everywhere, since we had to clear those spaces for the workers to do their thing.
I've decided that I don't want to just put everything back but want to take a little time decluttering before restoring items to these spaces. And while I've made progress with decluttering more available items, over time, I am feeling a little paralyzed with these older items. They aren't particularly sentimental but I think it's maybe that I have saved them so long, there's some anxiety around letting them go now.
you would think, with some items, I saved them years ago and haven't really missed them... it should be easy to say 'oh wow, you're still here? OK, I KNOW I don't need this, time to let it go'... but it's not going that way, lol
Anyone have this experience and have an tips? I was excited about doing this and now I am feeling bogged down and overwhelmed and a bit stuck.

 | From the John Tewell Collection. I find it fascinating that besides the railroad yard itself....The surrounding area is looking fresh and organic. A lot of green fields and farms. At first glance, I thought it was a group of slums scattered around the land but by examining further...that most of these are Traditional Village Houses/Nipa Huts. In addition, it's a good blend of "Bahay na Batos" and Traditional Village houses and then many trees as well. Besides that some intriguing details such as the tall water tank...the basketball court in the middle of the fields. (I guess, it's somesort of village/subdivision with big houses with their own mini farms/gardens. Our cats use RFID tags already with another system. I can't have them wear multiple. Do you know if we can use another RFID (brand) tag on their collar? Like can I use their current tags to program with the fountains or do they need to be the ones that come with the fountains?
Also, we have the non-RFID version of the fountain and like it. Are there any other upgrades besides the RFID app integration?
