I'd never listened to Oblivions soundtrack until recently and it is wonderful, Harvest Dawn is just brilliant. I like Skyrims a bit more but so good.

Yo soy una persona ya con 50 años. Estoy casado, tengo una niña de 11 años. Hace poco más de un año, mi mujer me impuso meter a una sobrina suya de 19 años en mi casa. La sobrina, yo soy español y vivo en España, llegó a mí casa después de un maltrato por parte de otro familiar de ella, sin residencia, sin estudiar y sin nada que hacer en la vida. En el poco más de un año que estuvo en mi casa, logramos la residencia para estudiar y trabajar, accedió a la Universidad (Comercio y Marketing) y encontró trabajo, novio,alguna amistad. En fin vida normal de una niña de 19 años. La relación con su tía durante este año siempre fue tirante, pero no más de lo que sería una relación de una madre con un hijo o una hija vaga. La relación con su prima, bueno digamos que normal. Buena pero no son uña y carne. La relación conmigo creo que fue mucho mejor. En los 13 meses que estuvo en mi casa, al igual que hago con mi hija, yo me sentaba con ella diariamente y pasábamos al menos media hora sobre nosotros, sobre el día o sobre algo que nos preocupara. Yo intenté ser lo más parecido a una referencia paternal para ella. Varias veces llegué a discutir con su tía sobre si la presionaba mucho, si sólo tenía 19/20 años dependiendo del momento. En fin la protegí y cuide de ella en mi casa lo mejor que supe.
El caso es que ella, hace unos días nos dijo que se iba de casa. Qué había cosas que hace su tía que la incomodaban. Los dos, su tía y yo le pedimos por favor que no lo hiciera, que hablábamos sobre ello, intentaríamos corregir lo que hiciésemos mal pero, al final ella se marchó.
Yo mismo le ayudé a llevar sus cosas a una habitación de estudiantes a 150 metros de nuestra casa. Ella cuando la ayudé me dijo que no se iba ni por mi, ni por mi hija. Qué simplemente se sentía incómoda por su tía.
Yo le dije y lo mantengo, que me tenía para lo que necesitase, que la quiero como si fuese mi hija mayor. Le ayudo en lo que puedo, ya que su trabajo es a media jornada y no le da para todo. Sobre todo, estoy ahí por si necesita algo.
Mi problema es el siguiente. Me da la sensación, que con tanto estar ahí la estoy agobiando y poco a poco me va apartando de ella. Pero no sé cómo actuar porque todo le incomoda. Yo la quiero como a mí hija, he hablado mucho con ella y sé que no es mala niña. Desde mi punto viejuno de vista ella no sabe muchas cosas de la vida y eso me hace estar pendiente, de si come, de si va a clase, de si tiene exámenes, de que no se duerma para ir al trabajo. Lo que hace un padre con su hijo. ¿Estoy haciendo bien intentando protegerla tanto? ¿Debo dejar que siga sola y desaparecer? ¿Como hago para estar sin estar tan pendiente y que ella sepa que si necesita algo puede acudir a mí?

Had paladin set up with Draenei build. Velen the exiled will resuming himself if you've played chain gang. I had exarch akama with windfury, and just to make sure I had a permanent run I had the divine refresh with holy spell cast. With librams regenerating at 0 cost. It was easy to keep up and keep doing damage.
As a bonus I got my legendary kill count because my opponent had to keep killing Velen the exiled only for him to regenerate each time.
After I hit 1004 the round auto-ended.

I am trying to use excel as a schedule manager. My goal is to have the spreadsheet available to my employees, so they are able to have control on their schedule, while keeping the operations flowing.
I am able to extract data from my HR software which gives me a chart like this :

I manually added A16:A23. I want to have a formula that counts how many people works on each given 4hrs of the day. I tried countifs/sumproduct, I tried replacing the "23:45" for "00:00" (so excel doesn't get confused since it goes through midnight).
Nothing seems to work, I've been trying for 3 days, I am close to giving up, so reddit is my last resort.

Hello - I have a use case where I wish to capture both a copy of the audio and video via tracker. I attempted to do this via two tracker entries: one set to capture the data as audio and another as video. However, it would appear that once one of the trackers downloads the content it is no longer considered undownloaded for the second tracker to consume. Is there a way to do this that I'm not thinking of? The only other way I can conceive to do this is a separate instance of the software running on another machine or VM. Thanks!

I'm having an odd issue with my network where my LG TV seems to be killing my upload speed when it's on.
I have FIOS gigabit internet and a NETGEAR Nighthawk R6700 that the FIOS ONT connects directly to (I don't have a Verizon supplied router). I got an LG smart TV about a year ago and haven't noticed any issues until a few weeks ago, and more obviously over the last week during daily morning meetings (I work remote). My kids have been watching TV in the morning recently which they normally don't do. I have a meeting with my team every morning and have noticed connection problems recently.
I checked my speed (via ookla and verizon) while the TV was on and my download to my computer (which is connected via WiFi) is okay but my upload dropped to 2 Mbps. When the TV is off, everything is normal. I feel like with Gigabit internet and a pretty good router, I shouldn't be experiencing a drop like that. I don't have like 3 TVs streaming 4K while playing games online or anything.
Nothing has changed on the TV (as far as I'm aware), or the router, or in the house (like cabling or anything). The TV is directly connected to the router with a CAT6 cable, everything else is connected via wifi. In a typical day, I have my work computer connected, my personal computer connected where I'm watching YouTube or listening to music while I work, our phones are connected, and the kids occasionally watch TV (generally streaming Disney and usually in the afternoon).
I have turned the router off and on again which didn't. I haven't done a factory reset yet because I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas about what might be happening before I do that.
