We get a strange message from our combination microwave 5 in 1 oven. Even when nothing has been cooked in it, it reports that it cannot start because its temperature is too hot and needs to cool down before you can cook. Nothing on the app tells you how to fix it and there's nothing obvious on the display panel either, in spite of flipping through multiple unhelpful screens. The only way we've found to fix it, is to flip the breaker, wait a few minutes, turn it back on, and then it works fine. Anyone else seen this it had this happen to you? Ours is a 2023 model. TIA.

I've had a number of video interviews where the interview starts of with their camera on then shuts it off (I see them briefly) or they turn off the camera from the beginning (I never see them). Why do they do this? Are they looking to see how old I am? Are they looking to see if I'm using notes? This doesn't seem fair at all.

Hello, just trying to find a way to save some old things. I grew up in a house full of smokers that all smoked inside. Let alone it wasn't the cleanest house. it was full of dust, dirt, dander, all those good things. I also have asthma. So for the most part my asthma is under control as an adult now. I live in a very clean house where dust is minimal and I'm always cleaning, but I have a box full of stuff from my parents. It's full of things I hold very dear to me. That includes documents and old books I wrote when I was 5-6. Everytime I open that box up my asthma gets triggered immediately. Long story short is there anyway to sanitize this paper that won't ruin them? I really wouldn't like to throw them away but at this point I don't know if it's safe to even keep in my house. It even made my dog sneeze like 6 times.

Hello, I used to record live lectures on cassette tapes, but when my 15 year old tape recorder shut down, I switched to MD. My first MD recorder was a Sony MZ-700 which I bought new for $200; I have since purchased used ones for much less. In fact, I bought several different Sony MD models, but the MZ-700 is my favorite. If I want to upload recordings to my computer I use a dedicated mixer with USB in real time for best quality using a Tascam MD350 deck. In fact, I got the Tascam after realizing the MZ-700 was too fiddley to try and use for live lectures. Ten years ago I found a company selling new MD discs for $1 each, and now I wish I had purchased more than 100! I'm not a fan of the Sony recorders that use the gum-stick battery or the ones that have the batteries in a detachable cradle. I used to be able to find decent used prices on the MZ-700, but maybe more people are discovering our attachment to this format and raising prices? IDK, but I am glad that I discovered this group. This place sucks! I guess it doesn't matter how far up the Hill you put a dog park - spoiler alert: South Hill richies don't pick up their dog shit, either! This place only opened in October and it's covered in turds. I also wouldn't recommend going there when the ground isn't frozen solid (like it is now) because you'd basically be taking your dogs to a mud wrestling event otherwise.
In case anyone was wondering, there is not a separate enclosure for small dogs. My dog just wanted to sniff-snoff around and the big dogs surrounded her like she was prey. And a French bulldog had his nose so far up her ass, he was basically wheelbarrowing her around the park. But the owners don't give a shit and half-heartedly yelled, "C'mon, Adolf, that doggy doesn't want to play." Play, indeed! No, my dog doesn't want to be violated repeatedly by a rude-ass Frenchie. By the way, his name was not Adolf, but that's what I expect South Hill folks to name their dogs.
We left after a lady arrived with three behemoths and a bagful of treats that she just started handing out willy nilly to all the dogs there, without asking their owners first.
p.s. All the dogs there were extremely cute and I wanted to snuggle them all (even Adolf, the level 3 sex offender Frenchie), and none of them are at fault here. Just their dummy humans.

Hello. Good day to this forum.
I have been training often to connect with The Hellenistic Path- The men of Pankration have been guiding me in their example of incredible male aptitude and prowess. I wish to impress them from beyond the grave, so that we may one day meet again as equals on the slopes of olympus…
However. A physical problem haunts me. After training in the morning, i feel incredible fatigue and often have to lie down for hours in the midday… It is as if my body has been captured in a pit of quicksand, and the deadly sin of sloth comes to hold me tightly.
Pray tell- what may be done to avoid this issue? It happens no matter the amount i train. I engage in conditioning of the body with weights twice a week. I often revel in The Bathhouse to recover in the steam and enjoy the company of other men. Perhaps i need to spend more time with twinks to bask in their healing aura…
All advice is appreciated. Thank you, brothers in battle…
