This happened about 20-30 years ago. My dad and his cousin JJ were at a wedding. JJ has always been a bit of a party animal and I think he might have been a bit drunk. So this man decides he wants to crowd surf but this is a Conservative Irish wedding so it doesn't go very well. He stands up on top of a table and jumps off breaking both of his legs. JJ is more sensible nowadays and has fully recovered. It's just a funny story that my dad told me one day really nonchalantly. Like oh yeah JJ tried to crowd surf and broke both his legs.

I have the creality enclosure with fan for my printer which I vent out a nearby window. However, in winter its cold as hell and I can't open that window. I dont have other options for ventilation. further, the hose needed to be extended to reach the window, and with only the one fan pushing, I doubt the fumes are getting pushed out the window before outside air is getting pushed in.
has anyone created/know of a filter I can have my enclosure vent into, and then the filter take care of the fumes? Looking for a fully internal set up basically.

I’m 27f 5”6 65kg Athletic build, sub 20% body fat
I have been struggling with this issue since puberty to some degree, but it has been getting really noticeable and shocking in the past year and a half.
My legs, and to a much lesser extent, my arms, swell up to three inches sometimes as quickly as within an hour, taking hours or days to subside. I.e., my thigh will go from 19 inches to 23 inches.
It happens cyclically as a part of pms and my menstrual cycle, but also if I get on a flight no matter the duration, if I sit too long, if I eat salt, and sometimes just randomly even if I’ve done everything right. Sometimes it gets so bad I can’t even comfortably cross my legs. My skin feels slightly tight and the skin feels weirdly firm but no changes in temperature or anything.
I try lymphatic drainage massage and that helps a bit, also putting my legs upside down. I took otc water pills with dandelion root, etc, they helps a bit as well. Intense cardio and sweating is also a quick fix, but saunas and hot temperatures make it worse, so does extreme cold.
My torso does not bloat or swell up at all, even during my period, actually my torso is extremely lean with absolutely no pinchable fat or skin, but my legs have a bit more fat though are still lean when not swollen.
It’s mostly psychologically upsetting, clothing looks completely different and my confidence swings wildly depending on how swollen my legs are.
My gp said it’s certainly strange and beyond normal water retention but hasn’t referred me to anyone yet.
Please help.

I had the Mirena IUD inserted about 10 weeks ago, but recently have been experiencing some pain which led to my doctor conducting an ultrasound and noticing that the IUD is slightly tilted. She's now recommending that we remove the IUD and re-insert a new one.
I've never had kids, and Mirena is a larger IUD, so having the IUD inserted was a very painful and honestly a traumatic experience for me. I have never felt a pain that bad and sobbed through the entire procedure. I thought I had a high pain tolerance until this experience, as I have several piercings and have had a few surgeries in my life, but nothing compared to that.
I'm genuinely very scared to have it re-inserted and was curious if it's still just as painful a second time around or if it will hurt less since I've already had one inserted?
If it is just as painful, is there any advice you can give for how to manage/prepare for the pain? My doctor has prescribed a cervix softening medication and told me to take tylenol prior to the appointment (this week), but honestly the pain was still horrendous last time even with doing this ahead of time.
I believe an IUD is the best contraceptive option for me, but I'm feeling very nervous at the moment so any reassurance or advice is much appreciated.

My fate was sealed by the end of Turn 4 when Neferata and Prince Vrodrai pincered to remove Krondys from the battle. This is the only game where I feel like I missed my Longstrikes. Game 3 was a 2 turn tabling from a rival Stormcast list. Stormdrake Guard are going to be a menace for the foreseeable future. In reflection, I was pleased with how I played and I like the list. A unit of 5 Liberators really punched above their weight and I didn't feel like I missed any Bodyguard protections for Krondys. Castigators are great for their points value and I really enjoyed having them in the list without really worrying about them dying like I would with a unit of Longstrikes. One of the cats has recently had surgery and the other one won't accept her around her at all. She spits, growls, and somehow she's afraid of her. Have you been in this situation before? Hello,
I am a 45 years old male, in relatively good health, 1.73cm, 62kg, non-smoker. I have genetic high cholesterol and I'm on statins, so levels are in check and I also recently had scans for blockages (heart and carotid arteries) and everything was clear.
I am trying to understand if a recent episode I had could be somehow related to the inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery I had a few days ago. On Saturday night, which would be the second night after surgery, I was woken up at 2:30am by an intense pain at the base of the sternum.
The pain got more and more intense leading to difficulties in breathing, cold sweat and a really dry mouth. At that point, with me having difficulties even speaking and just crumpled up on the floor in pain, my partner called an ambulance. When they came they gave me morphin and the pain subsided and within a few minutes disappeared completely.
They brought me to the hospital and did all the relative tests (we ended up spending more than 10 hours there as it was a busy Saturday) and they've been able to rule out a heart attack with blood tests. They also did an X-ray which was fine, and there were no altered results anywhere, liver, pancreas, no signs of infections etc... They told me that they don't know what it was, but if it happened again I should call them and in that case the first thing they would do is a CT scan which was the only thing they hadn't done yet.
I am wondering if you know this could have been related to the surgery, if it's a rare but possible side effect, or any other ideas in general on the matter.
Obviously I've already been in touch with the doctor who performed the surgery on me and he's going to see me asap, but he said he never heard of any such symptoms related to this type of laparoscopic hernia surgery.
Some things that might be useful to know: The whole episode lasted about 40-50 minutes, but it's hard to say if it would have continued without the morphine. The experience was gradual, meaning I woke up in pain, but it got more and more intense until I thought I was literally about to lose consciousness. The pain was focused in one spot, in the middle at the base of the sternum, and wouldn't shift around, it stayed there the entire time.
It was quite a traumatic experience, as you can imagine, so my primary concern is ruling out all possible risks of another episode.

 | First game of Spearhead with my Fyreslayers. I was on defense and my boyfriend was attacking with Idoneth. This was his second game with his Deepkin. He made the mistake of charging in thinking my low armor saves would be more of a punishment. He took priority in the first turn and was up 5 points (hold 1, hold 2, hold more, and two cards). He wasn’t able to kill any units that first turn and I did some fair damage to his eels, but no one dead. Bottom of turn two, and I weaken him with some forest eel throwing axes from groups that aren’t in combat and then charge in to join the fray against his eels and shark with my Hearthguard and a group of Vulkite berserkers as well as charging into his infantry with a different unit of Vulkite. I lose one of my units of Vulkite, setting them up for reinforcement. I flip back one of my objectives from the shark, nearly take out his eels, and exert domination on the center objective giving me three objective points and I score one of my cards. Turn 2 starts with me scoring priority and taking the double. The twist gives us score 1 point per unit we kill and the underdog (me) gets +1 to hit on one unit (I give it to my hearthguardI activate my +1 to hit rune. In the movement phase, I shift my battlesmith and place my reinforcement in my deployment area 6 inches from his hero. Shooting phase and the reinforcements and battlesmith are the only ones available for the fyresteel throwing axes, but neither successfully hit. In the charge phase, I get my reinforcements on his hero. Battlesmith doesn’t roll high enough to join that fight and stays where he is to provide his improved armor saves. Starting with the existing fight, I start with my Vulkite on his eel, he successfully saves and takes them out. My Hearthguard, however are basically on a 1+ to hit (the are +1 from the twist and +1 from rune activation and score enough to take out the eel. Shifting to the shark and I do enough to kill the shark). The Vulkite at the center objective take out the 3 remaining Deepkin infantry. The Vulkite that charge into his hero take him out as well. 4 units destroyed and all that is on the table is the unit of infantry that hold one of his back objectives. I score hold 1, hold 2, hold more (I now hold 4 of the 5 objectives), plus my two cards drawn in turn 1, as well as 4 for eliminated units for 9 points taking me to 13. As we start bottom of turn 2, my boyfriend assess the situation. He can hold one of his home objectives and can set up 6 inches from the group that took out his leader and took his other objective, but if he charges in, he knows he’s at a loss with my anti-charge. He looks at the cards he draws and not seeing a way to overcome my lead with his two weaker units, he decides to concede there. We both had a blast playing and look forward to more games. I am writing this up the next day and I cannot give more specific than info than what’s here. Deployment was long cross wise (not diagonal. The reinforcement I placed as close to the line as I could and be 6 inches from the enemy hero. The charge let me get behind him and with the small group size was able to get one guy on the objective to claim it. The twist the first round let us each bloodmark a unit, but neither unit fell. I do not remember what his regiment ability it enhancement was. Mine was fyresteel throwing axes and Spirit of Grimnir.
