I want to get feedback from this group. I am on an H-1B visa in the US (I have an I-797A approved until September 2027), but my current visa expires in April 2025. I have an H-1B visa renewal appointment in May 2025 in Ottawa, Canada.
I also received an EAD/AP Card at the end of 2024, and I have not needed to use it to enter the US (provided by approved H-1B). I know that timelines will get longer, provided the change to the administration; however, should I have my H-1B visa renewed or leverage my EAD/AP Combo card in future international travel?

were raping each other and then I remember my stepmom saying how rape was a bad word and she explained to me my brother raped me when I was 3 well fingered I was hardly seeing my mother barely saw me my biological mom was the woman who my dad cheated on my stepmom with aka my third cousin he constantly used to abuse my bio mom and her son my brother eric and today looking back at reports my father told my mom if I had another boyfriend he would cut off my tits if I had a boyfriend and he would scream to my mom he wanted custody of me but moving forward my mom still gave custody to my dad and stepmom so at 4 I am believing my brother did this to me my dad gets out of prison again the same guy that said my brother did this to me btw he put up cameras in my room when he came out maybe like a couple months after he said for security so I was maybe like 7-8 now during this time so I was young and didn’t really know he could watch me get changed so I got changed took my shirt and bra off nd next day he brings me to his office and says look what I caught you doing and tells me I have little girl tiddies and shows me myself on camera getting changed at this age I thought it was Embarrassing but it was needed for security and my dad would watch me change and say it’s okay because he’s my dad during 6th grade he took pictures of me wearing skirts a Hunter x Hunter kawai Anime skirt and sent it to the neighbor asking if my outfit was to slutty to go to school and he told me if I wanted someone to fuck me doggy style wearing that and yelled at me for it he would constantly hit me for wearing leggings because I had to “much ass” and my stepmom would just let it happen and blame me when I was in sixth grade and he would constantly smack my ass and would get mad when I asked him to stop because he said I was accusing him of being a pervert he smacked me in the car for sucking a lollipop saying a man could break in our car and get hard and rape me even tho we were legit driving and he beat me for it during 6th grade 7th grade year my dad is constantly sexualizing me and constantly calling me a slut and I start seeking validation from older men Because the constant abuse he was putting me through and I got involved in discord which then I got doxxed and my groomer sent my nudes to my dad my dad saved these nudes and offered to show his friends and the cops and my dad saved it on all his devices to and my dad would show me and I was to embrassed to say it was me and said the guy was lying all I wanted was love bro then 8th grade I’m otp with my male friend my dad thinks it’s the groomer from last year because ig they sound alike and he asked me to send him nudes for cigarette money I told my stepmom she didn’t care my dad beat me this year with nunchucks and I called the cops and they said they couldn’t do anything even tho I was bruised because he did not admit to it my cps worker became friends with my dad and constantly told me I was lying abt him hitting me I didn’t tell her about anything he did in the past tho because I didn’t wanna seem dramatic and be called a “liar” even more cps used to shit talk me and call me a pig and other stuff because I had diagnosed depression so I used to bed rot I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor roaches everywhere my parents used to curse me out Infront of them they said there allowed to BECAUSE it’s a Hispanic culture thing not normal curse outs like he would threaten to kill me and my dog he used to beat my dog bleu when I was younger and my husky William during my freshmen he constantly beat and hit me he told cps I did the bruises myself and they believed him he would be blasting stuff on pornhub with topics like teen porn and he would tell my stepmom I would show myself him naked and he tried to break into my showers and make any excuse he was also on cocaine a lot to and I showed cps the cocaine and the ingredients he used to make crack and videos of him buying it but they didn’t believe me still he called the cops on me saying I was sending nudes online in around may or march I think and the cops just told them to delete it off the phone and the cop told me that he didn’t care I was 12 in the pics and to gain some self respect while my parents shamed me for cutting myself this same day he lied and said my uncle raped me and I was writing hail Satan on my feet and on the walls which was weird..because why this out of all things so then looking back I was thinking like if he lied abt my uncle he lied abt my brother then because my brother is like the sweetest person w respect for women and I was thinking maybe my dad did something to me when I was younger because I would constantly wet myself and when I was around two he posted a video of me and mid way I lifted my shirt up and he told me I looked like a prositute however u spell it I don’t know if I worded this right because there was so much he did that it’s so hard to fit in one thing and In order but I dont Know it doesn’t feel right and the goverment didn’t believe me they said he could hit and yell at me cause he was Hispanic and in the videos he would only describe paying 500 for half a Eight ball not the real word cocaine him nodding off was him sleeping the cocaine on his desk was powder they saw crack residue and steel wool and baking soda and lighters they did not care they saw teen porn did not care until it got to a point where they saw it was unfit because my stepmom was disabled and my father said he was gonna leave me so my father took me to live back to my moms and they didn’t even do the court case now I’m living with 20 cats that trigger my diagnosed ptsd and my biological mom doesn’t care in a 2 bedroom house sleeping on the floor with four people here and my biological mom is really mentally ill but that’s not the point I wanna know if he what he did was sa or if I’m being dramatic.

I need to replace the shower valve in my new home regardless. In my old house I had a cheap shower panel with thermostatic valve. This was really great keeping the temperature, but also allowed me to quickly use the shower as hot line was warming up.
Is there a preferred brand for this? I came across hansgrohe that have them, but I believe also Moen has one.

Hi everyone. I'm new here. The past two weeks have been a whirlwind for me, in the worst way, and I guess I'm just looking for a little solidarity. Today I received my formal diagnosis, although my radiologist had braced me at my biopsy last week to "expect the worst".
It still felt like a gut punch to get the call. There are so many terms being thrown around that I'm totally unfamiliar with and so far everyone has been incredibly grim. I have a 8cm mass in my breast, and multiple lymph nodes on the same side are "asymmetrically swollen" with the biopsied one testing positive as well. I've been told that I have Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with a histologic grade of 3.
Something that was emphasized is how aggressive this cancer is based on the pathology report. Which, honestly is terrifying.
I was also told that it is ER, PgR, and HER2 positive.
I'm feeling so overwhelmed right now. Less than a month ago I felt a little lump in my armpit. Now that little lump is the size of a ping pong ball and I've been told I have breast cancer. Every time I research a term from my lab report, things like "poor prognosis" and "low survivability" come up.
I have three kids, the youngest of which is only 3. I just finished graduate school. I just started a job that I love a few months ago. My life was finally falling into place, and now it feels like it's falling apart. Everyone keeps telling me to "stay strong", but I just want to curl up and cry.

I am a 22 year old F who has dropped out of College a year and a half into my 3 year program (Animation)
I have never been school driven since the time I was a child. Could never sit and write an essay or sit and study a text book and memorize the bones of the body type. I would always have panic attacks during tests no matter how large or small it was affecting my grade.
After high school pressure had almost killed me, I took a year off to work. I never wanted to do post secondary knowing how corrupted the education system is and knowing how I would be back in school.
The pressure of being a “failure” and everyone being herded into post secondary education affects my mental health as well feeling like I’m unsuccessful without a diploma or any post secondary education under my belt.
I inevitably caved into choosing a more creative program, in this specific program I had no essays, no exams, no studying. All creative and hands on driven. I still knew I never had a passion for it but wanted to feel accomplished by atleast being enrolled period.
Halfway through my program I ended up having a panic attack in class which ended in a seizure due to pure stress of education and projects due that I didn’t know how to start let alone finish. I ended up dropping out the day after knowing education like I feared would take over my overall health.
Here I am a year and a half later working full time as a server making more than the average Canadian does just off tips and salary. I know it’s a job that has no light at the end of the tunnel but even LOOKING at possibly enrolling back in school gives me a resting heart rate of 160BPM.
I genuinely have no idea what to do for my future and I am so lost in what to do for myself or what programs to even remotely look at. I genuinely believe education is a scam and only care for your money. I know people who make 6 figures without any diplomas or degrees and aren’t in any school debt and are still well off. I also know others who have graduated and are well off as well. I hate to compare but it’s all I do.
I’m so lost and would love advice or guidance on the whole situation

I had these small bumps turn worse in a day. Also spread to the other butt cheek. Cant really feel them unless i can walking because my cheek rub together.
