I was just playing and had the "doors stay locked" objective and the "Explosive collateral kill" prestige. Because I was trying to get to the showdown as fast as possible, (I was doing an all objectives challenge), I had to finish both objectives fast and leave. I placed a propane tank next to my unconscious target and shot it. Unfortunately, even though the tank was 15 feet away from the nearest door, it blew open, making me lose my objective. Guards rushed in, and I died.

Iv been on Lexapro 10mg for almost 3 months now and feel no change or improvements at all. Will be seeing a new Dr this Friday. Have read that adding Wellbutrin could help with energy and motivation. Was wondering if anyone has tried this combo and has worked for them?
Side note: This is antidepressant #7 for me, have also done rTMS. Am talking to a psychiatrist about other possible options too

Almost every single game you have teammates who quit the match simply because they died.
What’s the point of playing resurgence if you’re going to get mad & leave the game whenever you die?
Do you join another match and leave that one too?
Forget the bugs, forget the cheaters… THIS is a big reason why the game is just unplayable.

2025.01.22 06:41 thecatshousekeeper 15 days post cystotomy and cat's incision is still prominent and very crusty. Does incision seem to be healing properly?
9 years old, 14 lbs, female cat had cystotomy done on 1/6/2025 to remove multiple small bladder stones, now is 15 days post op.
Incision initially was red, slowly darkened into a crusty dark redish brown, and has since been a crusty dark brown mixed with grayish/white crust and brown specks around area. Previously there was some light blue flaky crust surrounding the area, appeared around day 3. The incision's been getting somewhat smaller compared to before and closed up on some sections, but is still long and jagged 15 days later. I haven't noticed any swelling or bumps, though it slightly protrudes, no leaking, smell, or hotness around the area but it still seems prominent/not close to disappearing and I was given the impression it should be mostly healed by 14 days?

She has been wearing a onesie every day since the surgery and sometimes a soft cone as well as she does try to lick and bite the area so I worry about her irritating it through the onesies. Was told it was dissolvable stitches and not to clean it, just leave area alone for 14 days. Hasn't done any major running, no jumping, but has done some small climbing of things around her chest height.
She eats and poops as usual, typical energy levels, had bloody urine and was taking multiple trips to litterbox first 5 days post op but has since been urinating normal amounts and color.
I've never dealt with post op care before so I'm panicking a bit about whether it's healing correctly and I'm just looking at and worrying about slow scabbing or if something's gone wrong with the healing process. I've emailed the vet about it but the clinic is closed for the next few days and so far it seems all other clinics around me are as well due to severe weather in my area. I'd appreciate any idea if this still follows close on track for regular healing and can wait for the vet to reopen to check or if it's better to risk travelling to have her looked at ASAP instead.

So I got a voicemail from my friends wife. She had my number because he suggested we would get along because we have similar music tastes. We met up a few times, outside of me and him having conversations at our jobs (different companies, I buy stuff from his, we work on their equipment) once without him, and a couple times she invited another friend. She let me know he had passed away in his sleep this last weekend after a few days of flu like symptoms. It’s a shock to everyone, he’s not old, they have a young adult child, who I have met twice. I feel really bad for them. They are in the middle of a move, she needs a new job, he was helping care for his aging parents. I offered to help whatever they need. Problem is you can’t always know what you need when grieving like this. I’m bad with emotional stuff, and I’ve lost a lot friends over the years. I offered to help them move with my little truck,but she has friends coming to help. I offered to collect boxes (this was a yes) and I feel I should offer food (gift cards and homemade vegan as their kid eats vegan). What more can I do? She is planning on putting together a get together for his work tribe (which is how I met him but don’t know his coworkers but I work nearby). Should I offer to try to help put that together even thought she knows more about them more than I do? I’m really bad in situations where emotions are high. I just shut off and don’t know what normal looks like.
