I am currently working in a bank in the KYC department as BA for 3 months. I recently notice there is a BA role opening in the Risk department which is more of my field of experience and education. I am thinking to apply to the other role as i think i will be a better fit and i have checked with HR that i can do so at any time no internal policies apply.
Should i go ahead and apply to the other role or i should first reach out to my current boss to inform about my intention. I don't know if i will actually be taking the other role but i want to explore the opportunity, at the same time i am scared if i don't get the job it will blow back to my face as my current boss would probably be angry or thinking i am gonna jump ship first chance i get and he might end up firing me or neglecting me going forward. I don't see a scenario that my current boss will be happy if i tell him in advance or inform him if i get the other role and probably will lose his trust on me forever no matter what i do.

2025.01.22 16:54 Mouserat1919 Missing Songs/Albums for Artists - Only on Apple Devices in browser?
I've searched all over for an answer to this, but have been unsuccessful. I use Youtube Music in multiple places:
- At Home on a Windows/Linux Dual-boot Desktop device.
- My Pixel 8 Pro Phone
- My work laptop (Apple M2 MacBook AIr)
- My work iPad (4th Gen iPad Air)
On Picture 1, this is how the albums for Pierce the Veil should look. There should be five albums. However, on the 2nd picture from my laptop, only two show up under the artist.
On Picture 3, You can find the album if you search/locate a song from the album. But you'll notice that the album is missing MOST of the songs. I assume the album is not showing under the artist because it's incomplete due to these "missing songs".
This occurs in both Chrome and Firefox. I have cleared browser cache/history/cookies in both browsers, as well as cleared all of my Youtube History, and they still don't appear. All other devices have this music, and have never had issues.

2025.01.22 16:54 sea1232 Nerf the drop rates of the exalted orb in end game.
I just got off a 6 hour game session and now I know part of the reason for the inflation. Exalts are dropping like candy. In a 6 hour gaming session on unjuiced T10 maps I got more exalts than Vaal orbs, Alchemy orbs, delirium, breach splinters and scrolls of wisdom combined. I got over 100 in 6 hours... Im sure some people can get 3 times this amount with juiced maps in the same play time. This is part of the reason for the inflation. When Exalts are less rare than Vaal orbs and Alchemy orbs their buying power drops. The drop rate of the exalt in the campaign is fine. But the second you get to maps the drop rate of exalted orbs seems to multiply by 10.

 | Hoping a science guru can help me here. I am highly allergic, and have had severe respiratory reactions to many perfumes/chemicals (this came on all of a sudden after an illness, I had never had these allergies before and had made me housebound). There is a specific smell that I can detect in fragrances when I have these reactions. I’ve been trying to work out for the longest time what I could possibly be allergic to and it seems to be with any product that has ‘ethyl’ then a bunch of other words following that in the ingredients. Is it likely I’m allergic to ethane? I don’t think it could be anything else. Before I had realised this I had wanted to make my own perfume; so I bought Vanillin, ethyl vanillin and also ethyl maltol….. I opened up the package and that same intense smell is overpowering both the ethyl products - but the vanillin smells normal. Can anyone help with this, does this mean I’m allergic to ethane? So I have never charted before and successfully avoided pregnancy between two kids by just going off symptoms/calendar (sorry, I don't know all the terminology). I did have a third child on Jan 8 and was considering actually using that Clearblue fertility monitor a go. Question is, how well can it read my urine when I have life-long idiopathic polyuria (most likely caused by TBI at birth)? Historically, my urinalysis were always a bit hard to read cause my urine is soooo diluted.

I have family with thyroid issues. Yesterday morning I had breakfast and 2 cups of coffee. Before lunch I get the blood draw with the following results.
Free T4 - 1.11
TSH 3rd gen - 6.1 (flagged high)
Free T3 - 3.3
I understand that the TSH is high but can anyone interpret the results together?
My question is why are T4 and T3 normal. What does this mean?
Also, should I take any specific supplement like iodine?

The issue I have is that it doesn’t make sense to upgrade to the subscription that enables custom CSS, so JavaScript and CSS isn’t an option. I’ve been told that I can self-host the site to get around that - and some of the additional fees - does anyone have any experience doing so - or even some alternative platforms that allow things like this?
