Currently seeking diagnosis- possible RA
I'll be concise but can always provide more information if needed...
I first saw rheumatology in July 2023 after about 1.5 years of joint pain with debateable swelling at times (I find it hard to tell!)- mostly wrists, fingers, and feet, worsening raynauds, fatigue, random rashes without clear cause, and just feeling off/foggy. At that time, labs were negative apart from positive ANA. Rheum thought symptoms were due to known/well-controlled celiac disease + hypermobility arthralgia (did not know that I had hypermobility prior to this appointment).
Symptoms have continued and were really bad in early December 2024. I saw a new rheum last week for a second opinion (which I am very glad I did, he was much more thorough). He ran labs, did wrist x-rays, thorough physical exam, and referred me for wrist MRI. Interestingly, he does not think I have significant hypermobility. My labs were negative apart from the following positives:
-Positive ANA, 1:160 homogeneous -slightly elevated platelets (427, usually I am in the 200s) -borderline leukopenia (3.8)
Specific autoantibody tests, crp, ESR, CK, and ANCA were all negative. X rays were normal. He did not recheck RF or CCP, but they were normal in 2023 (RF was 12.4, I don't remember for CCP but solidly negative).
Now, new rheum is leaning toward fibromyalgia but wants to definitively rule out RA. I do have the MRI scheduled for a few weeks from now, but I was hoping to see if anyone has had a similar set of symptoms/test results and what diagnosis you received. I listened to Bury Me when it first came out and thought it was okay. Since then, I've heard it a few more times, all intentionally. Today when I was doing some cleaning I had Alexa play some JI, and Bury Me was maybe the 5th or 6th song that came on and I was just blown away. Jason's voice sounds fantastic and I really like the spare acoustic sound. Now that I'm familiar with the lyrics, they seem so layered to me. Can't wait for the album release.

So i'm on my first NG+ and missed two temples on the first universe. One of them was paralel self, as i didn't do any Barret quest. But when i did that quest on NG+ i still got the version II of the power, so i'm thinking we only need to collect all artifacts, go through the Unity and do the temples on the tenth universe to max out all the powers. Or i may be misremembering... Can anyone confirm?

Um canal aleatório que assisto postou um vídeo sobre as vantagens dessa prática na vida.
Resumindo muito, a vida ficaria como uma partida de The Sims, onde os seus progressos são anotados (pesos na academia, quantidade de dinheiro na reserva, linhas de código escritas pra um programa...).
Também nesse vídeo ele sugeria colocar limites de tempo bem definidos pra quase tudo, pra dar aquela sensação de "Hurry up" estilo jogo do Mario, em que a música muda quando o tempo tá acabando e você sai correndo ignorando moedas, inimigos e tudo mais, só focando no que importa, que nesse caso é chegar ao fim da fase.
Ele fala também de estabelecer recompensas, punições (será que compensa?), checkpoints como "tô correndo na rua, só vou poder descansar depois que passar daquele poste ali" e outras coisas do estilo.
Dito isso, vem a pergunta do título. E aí, já praticaram algo do tipo com o pensamento da vida ser como um jogo? Foram bem sucedidos? Abandonaram a ideia? Valeu a pena? Têm ideias melhores?
