All my dwellers are level 50 with full stats, all have legendary weapons and outfits. I have an inventory full of legendary outfits and weapons. All rooms are fully upgraded and all the space is filled. I put all my non necessary dwellers on coffee break and just let them chill. (Left the power plants an Nuka Cola rooms running) I am done, I have no interest in starting a new vault so this one will live on the server until they delete it.

Hi all,
First time posting, just a quick question. We have had a WILD last 4 days down in the south. Temps dropped below freezing for multiple days in a row, and we got about a foot of snow. All VERY rare for the area. Obviously, when its cold, you have to keep the faucets running to prevent them from freezing. We DID that (or so I thought), but one of our hot water lines ended up freezing and bursting in 2 places. I am on the hook for the damage? It happened outside of our house... literally you can see the pipe as it runs to the water heater... It wouldnt have matter where it was tho because we dont have enough heaters to keep this place warm. It was like 40 degrees in parts of our house. Anyway, any info is appreciated.

I currently practice intermittent fasting with an eating window of noon to 8 PM, and I eat two meals daily. I break my fast around noon with a light meal, and my second meal is steak/salmon heavy, eaten around 6-7 PM.
I travel for work and have early hours, so my weekday workouts happen right before my second meal at 6 PM. On weekends, I work out in the mornings (mostly cardio, 4-5 times a week) and have plenty of energy. However, during the workweek, I struggle with almost zero energy for running during my evening workouts.
How should I adjust my workout and meal schedule to improve energy levels for weekday runs? Should I consider waking up even earlier to work out in the morning, or is there a better approach?

Hey guys I’m very new to real estate and I’m looking at becoming a first time homebuyer. I see a lot of posts about what people can afford compared to their salary. It honestly baffles me how much income some redditors suggest you need to afford a mortgage payment.
In my immediate need I’m probably going to have to rent short term because my fiance wants to move in and we just can’t find anything good in our area. We are in southwest Michigan and the market is tight with most homes currently owned as rentals for summer air bnbs. Ideally I’d love to get a house for 100-200k, but they are absolutely tiny and need a lot of work. Seems like a lot of the homes that were 100k 5 years ago are now 300k. A lot of the 350-400k houses 5 years ago are now 450-500, so they are a perceived better value and a lot better homes. Unfortunately none of those homes are on the market.
My main question is what is a smart financial decision on buying a home that’s in the 450-700k range given my salary and financial situation. I try my hardest to make smart financial decisions and parting with my money is always a struggle when I don’t know if it’s worth the investment.
I currently have no debt whatsoever and own a business valued somewhere between 500-800k. My annual salary ranges from 85-155k depending on what money gets reinvested into the business. I have around 150k in stocks and an undisclosed amount of bitcoin I do not want to sell unless absolutely necessary. I also have 180k in low interest checking account that I need to have at least 80k available for the business.
I see some people posting for a 500-700k home you should be making 200+k per year to afford it comfortably. Is that really the case? Should I do anything with the money I have to make home ownership a reality and would it be a smart decision? I want to own a home, but just don’t know how much of my money I should sacrifice to do so and if I can afford it. I’m a 30 year old and my fiance is 27. She currently makes around 50k per year and I have not factored her income into what I’ve listed. There’s a good chance we are going to try to have her be a stay at home mom once we have children.
