I watched all of their videos a while back, but YouTube recently suggested this to me and I gave it another watch. After having carried for a few years, this all rang even more true than before.
I think a lot of Youtubers get very caught up in the tactical mindset of having to absolutely wage war and also provide full medical support to anyone involved in a self-defense situation, which leads a lot of them to be very focused on as much Gucci gear as possible, but lucky gunner has always taken a very levelheaded, "every man" approach to their content, and I appreciate it now more than ever. If you are new to carrying or even a veteran, I think you'll get a lot of value from watching their content.

I’m F and age 32. Last summer I started getting these white spots on my arm. It started because I was running my arm a lot against the back of a car seat (mom problems) and then started to peel and left behind these white spots. What is it? Is it vitiligo? Can I do anything to fix it or prevent it from spreading?

2025.01.23 23:20 GarageConsistent5489 Today is my first day not smoking.
I have surgery scheduled in July and I am not allowed to smoke for two months prior to the operation. I know I could technically wait until may but my doctor advised me to stop now because she knows I smoke frequently. I've been smoking for the past 3 years, usually on and off for a couple months. But, for the past year (almost exactly) I've been smoking everyday. I had always found it really easy to quit for a couple months and go back to it. But this time I've been trying no to quit since may and I can't. Right now I'm genuinely shaking with anger for no reason. I have nothing to be upset about. Anger has always been my worst issue when quitting but this time it's so much worse. It hasn't even been 24 hours and it's already flaring up which makes me worried that the anger will worsen. Does anyone please have any tips for managing anger? I've tried meditation, eating, and doing small things that make me happy. But nothing making me happy when I'm not high. I'm always angry. If anyone has any tips for this please I'll take anything.

How can this be, that someone can leave this much of an impact on ones life? You were part of my first and only serious committed relationship, we both talked of our future and kids - you even showed me the maternity ward that you'd take me to when the time came. After a few minor distractions, the reality of losing you has dawned and there is no way out than living out that pain of loss. Stupid delayed processing, this sucks.
