I am a 2023 graduate, and I have been continuously applying for jobs for the last 2 years.
In 2023 and 2024, I put in a lot of effort to secure a job, but unfortunately, I had no luck despite trying everything I could.
Over the years, I’ve learned several skills and built various projects to improve my chances. Finally, in December 2024, I got a job in an ERP-based company (through friend reference) where I had to work on Oracle ERP systems.
However, after working there for almost 20 days, I received an agreement from the company. The agreement was for 3+ years with very strict policies. I thought about it a lot, considering how long I had been unemployed, and the challenges I faced to reach this point.
But I couldn’t bring myself to sign that agreement. It felt like I would be doing injustice to myself by settling for this. I’ve worked incredibly hard to gain knowledge and skills as a Java backend developer. I’ve spent countless days and nights learning:

I didn’t want to give up after putting in so much effort.
So, I resigned after 20 days, believing that even if there’s a 1% chance of landing a developer role in the IT industry, I should try for it. I thought signing the agreement would be a bad decision, so I decided to dedicate 3 months to job hunting again.
Now, I’m still applying everywhere—Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and various job portals. I’ve asked for references, added fake freelancing experience of 2 years in my resume (which doesn’t seem to make much of a difference), but nothing is working.
I’m feeling lost.
Please guide me—should I keep trying? Is there something I’m missing? Or should I give up on my dream of becoming a developer and start looking for jobs in other domains like technical recruiting, HR, or something else entirely?
I really don’t know what to do anymore. Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot.

Hey guys, I recently swapped out my PSU for a shiny new Seasonic unit. Everything was fine, I booted up my PC, and it recognized my NVMe SSD and HDD right away. Smooth sailing, right?
But then I realized I forgot to connect my extra SATA SSD and an old HDD. No big deal, I thought, I’ll just hot-plug them. SATA is built for that, right? Well, that’s when things went downhill FAST.
Here’s how it went: • I plug in my SATA SSD → instantly detected, no issues. • I plug in the old HDD → nothing. Weird, but fine. • I power off, then on again → BOOM. The infamous EZ Debug RED VGA LED appears.
At this point, I’m thinking it must be the SATA devices messing with things. I unplug everything except my NVMe → still the red VGA LED. I keep troubleshooting: • Remove the NVMe → same issue. • Remove the RAM → no change. • Every time I hit the power button, my motherboard just makes a small “tick” sound and throws me the red LED of doom.
So now I’m panicking. Did I somehow fry my GPU or some other component just by plugging in a SATA HDD?!
Here’s my setup: • MSI B450 • Ryzen 2700x • GPU: 3070 • PSU: Seasonic 850w focus
I’ve got urgent work to do, and my PC decided it’s time to hard troll me. Any ideas? I need help before I lose my mind 🙏

I once tried shifting to 'eco' mode in Armory Crate and it made me change display mode to optimum, since then i was unable to change this settings even after shifting to standard mode, this optimum uses Integrated graphics which is so s**t for gaming. Can anyone help me FIX this, :)

BEWARE of this fake tour company/operator in Uganda/Rwanda - Birchill Expeditions run by Eddie Walugembe
Eddie stole our money (over $2000 USD) and ran off. We paid for a Gorilla trekking safari, and on the day of the trek (my birthday) he stopped replying. Our local tour guide explained that Eddie never purchased the passes and had scammed us all.
We had to pay for new passes and accommodation out of pocket. This miserable trip cost a fortune.
When we got back to Kampala, Eddie resurfaced begging us not to go to the police/public. He gave us a (probably fake) passport as assurance & claimed he sent a refund via bank transfer. However, we later found out the bank details/receipt were fake. We at least got copies of his ID, photos & videos.
It's been months and he's gone silent again.
Please please beware and do not book with this company. The police are now looking for this man, let us know if you have any info.

Can't get the bowl to have a full taste Hey so I recently got the Oblako M and Kaloud Lotus 1+
I packed the bowl with Tangiers Cane Mint and O's African Queen. I placed the lotus and added two coals, waited for it heat up. I followed all the rules, but for some reason I still don't get that full taste, I only feel maybe 30-35% of the taste.
Any suggestions?

Another Friday, Another patch notes... We back and this time it's short so let's make this quick.
  1. New spinoff pass (shocking I know). It's for parfait (straight up looking like one of those touhou characters lol). It's basically the same as the kaiser one but you get parfait (and now the boader) for buying the paid side. Besides that, it seems similar to the kaiser one.
  2. Token doublers- I mean Combat BP experience are a new way to boost your points along the battlepass. Get them via spinoff pass and buying (maybe trophy road too because they said their changing it). They are like Token doublers in Brawl Stars where they increase the amount of points you get in a single match for the battlepass (not applicable for quests in the main pass or anything for the spinoff pass).
  3. A bunch of qol stuff for quest so now you know exactly what quest you have (like they really made sure lol)
  4. More filler events and discounts on legends (remember: never buy legends with real money, it's a big waste and those legend coins will become useless so might as well get as much use as you can)
  5. A shxt ton of balancing (my husband getting buffs, finally) and also stuff relating to candy/cookies in BR as well as revival times for all the 2v2 and 3v3 gamemodes (for some reason Team touchdown is included which isn't in the main pool, meaning that they are thinking of adding it back, is being added back, or 5minlabs just being silly. Don't get your hopes too high because i don't see TTD in the patch notes anywhere besides in the revival change)
That's about it. Overall, spinoff pass skin actually looks adorable (not a parfait main but unlike most mythic skins, I actually would play with this one since it's on a character i play a bit more frequently). The BP experience thing is cool (we are becoming more like Brawl Stars everyday lol, can't wait till we get Starr Drops equivalents added). It's nothing crazy but again, it's also nothing too negative, which is good. I rather have a basic spinoff pass update that a really bad spinoff pass update.
As always, comments will have a link to both update and balance. If I forgor anything, I apologize. I'm in a bit of a rush but still wanna say something before I go.
