Hello! This is 2 separate things going on at the same time, I’ve booked a doctors appointment for Monday as that was the earliest one they had available. Looking for advice and reassurance until then as my anxiety is at an all time high.
I’ve been having quite bad muscle pain in regard to my shoulders, neck and lower back. I even got a migraine that was so bad I went to the hospital and they gave me diazepam to relax my muscles for a few days. I think that the reasoning for this was I have put a lot of weight on in a short amount of time and my posture is quite bad as well as my mattress not giving the right support and me sleeping in bad positions. Anyway, I have swelling now at the back of my head in my hairline/top of neck. My anxiety went to the worse case scenario and I immediately thought cancer. It is quite hard but also able to squish it from either side if that makes sense. When I press it is sore but along my neck is also the same pain. Any ideas?
Also, keep in mind I said that I gained a lot of weight rapidly. My stomach to the right of my belly button under the skin seems to have a moveable tendon or lump? I think this may be muscles but again my anxiety went to the worst. I can feel these things at the bottom of my stomach to but specifically to the right of my belly button it kind of clicks when I move it. This is also sore with the right amount of pressure.
Any help would be appreciated, I am quite scared and need some idea before Monday or I’ll drive myself insane.

Hello group,Im ready to upgrade my main camera. I have a D850 and my main options for the upgrade are Z8 , Z9. Ive been a Nikon shooter all my life but the A7rV caught my eye.I do a lot of low light photography i shoot bands on stage and i am a hybrid shoot i do video aswell. Keep in mind im also doing Photography/Videography as a profession so a lot of weddings , products, reels etc, so this is gonna be my main camera.What are your suggestions regarding my options, what do you think? The only reason im leaning towards the Z8 is the video capabilities , batteries (i already got a few) and size , but to be honest im jealous of the Sony AFpoints, MP, and low light ISO performance.Any opinion is welcome.
