With the details of the seemingly fully customizable interior of housing, I am wondering how the exterior will be.
My dream is that we can see each other’s houses and fx that guilds can build giant mansions to show off their wealth, and that there could be exclusive, sought-after locations. A glorious beach property in Stranglethorn Vale perhaps? A mountainside retreat overlooking Orgrimmar?
But it sounds like the level to expect is just a fixed plot in some of the zones and only you (and perhaps friends/guildies) can see your house.
Let’s be honest, a lot of the fun of transmogrification is to show off your looks to the rest of the world. But is that something we can hope for with housing?

I currently work in a non-clinical IAPT role, so I have a lot of knowledge about the service and the therapies we offer etc and we do interact with patients in a non-clinical way. I recently had an interview for the trainee PWP role but unfortunately didn’t get the job. My application apparently was the strongest one, I just didn’t score highly enough in interview. I feel like I prepared well, but I feel I didn’t mention risk where I should have on one of the questions. (If asked directly about risk I know I would have aced it, it was a bit of an indirect one where it only occurred to me after the interview that I should have mentioned it) I have asked for more feedback from the interviewer.
They said they strongly recommend I apply for the next cohort, my clinical experience was lacking. I do volunteer for a crisis line but have only recently completed the training, so I need more time to gain more experience when I start taking shifts.
I’m wondering if my volunteer work, paired with my IAPT job will be enough for me to do well in the interviews for the next cohort? Or should I try to get a more directly clinically related job for a bit instead? Problem is, the only jobs I can see me having a chance at getting would be support workers which, tbh, I’m not too keen on. Mainly due to the hours and the fact I’d be taking a pay cut from my IAPT job which I can’t really afford, as I’m barely getting by on my current wage.
Any advice would be very much appreciated, as this is a career I really want to get into. I don’t want to fail again at the next intake.

Title pretty much sums it up. My fiancee has finally decided, after nearly 10 years together, that she wants to give the Star Wars movies a go. Problem is, I am so torn on where to start because I don't want to deter her by choosing the "wrong one". Do I go chronological? What if she hates Phantom Menace? Do I go release? But not every element of A New Hope has aged that well...Maybe Rogue One? Or would it be too jarring to start with something so tied to A New Hope? Any advice from anyone who may have been in a similar situation lately is greatly appreciated!

My baby girl is 8 weeks actual and 2 weeks adjusted age. On 2 occasions now when she was left alone for just a couple minutes I would come back to her puckering her lips breathing fast and hard to the point of wheezing, eyes opening wide and stiffening her whole body where her legs are stretched out and arms flaying around. She wouldn’t respond to a bottle nipple or my breast and would act like this for another minute or so until this passes and I’ve calmed her down. Anybody else’s baby do this? Is this separation anxiety?? 😥 it’s really scary when she does this.

Ok so I loved ASE, beat all the maps up to extinction because crashing and other games, but played all of them. I got a load of ark videos recommended to me and it got the itch back. My issue is that a lot of the reviews are either game journalists (who I wouldn’t trust with a review at all) or people spewing the same unfunny review on the Xbox store. My question is what’s the current state of the game, is it at least a bit more stable than ASE. I’m on series x if that helps. I know it’s getting an unreal engine 5 upgrade but I’m curious what it’s like now

I am SO annoyed that no companies I apply to will give me an interview (other than one which I didn’t even really want to work for). I have a broad range of experience through both my grad school work (PhD in toxicology and M.S. in analytical chemistry) and my 4 years of working full time (while in school) as a chemist in an environmental chemistry department. I am trying to transition over to more toxicology or pharmaceutical roles, but no one will give me a chance as they have “decided to go with someone who more closely matches their desired skills and qualifications”. Like I 100% met the qualifications on the job listing (analytical chemistry skills) so why don’t they even give me an interview?! I’ve tailored my resume to each individual job and still, no luck. I’m so sick and tired of getting excited about companies whose representatives at conferences, etc. encourage me to apply and then I have zero luck landing an interview.
At least I am blessed to still have my full time job that I’ve been doing the whole time I’ve been in my PhD program, but like I thought having experience on top of a PhD would at least get me some interviews. Damn. The job market is ruthless.
