 | Is this 100% a bedbug? I’ve already stripped my bedding, fried them in the dryer & washed. I uncovered my mattress, flipped it, checked the crevices with a flashlight, took it completely off to check the bare bed frame, crevices of where the carpet meets the wall, the curtains, the corners of the curtains, ON TOP of the curtains, the ceiling, behind my wallpapers, lifted the desk to check under the legs, sifted through everything on top of both desks 3 times now, 0 signs of any life at all. It feels impossible to find just an inkling of an infestation like where are the eggs and poop stains. I called my dad and he said “well they’re not ninjas, they don’t know you’re looking for them, it should not be that hard to find at least one more if there’s an infestation”. I have no bites, my other roommate’s in the next room have no bites, I know that it’s typical to get bitten before you actually see them. The only places I haven’t checked yet is the drawer and closet, they’re the furthest away. I will check them but it doesn’t make sense that they would nest in the places furthest away from the host. I also want to mention that I had the window open the day before (there’s a gap in the screen) I don’t know if they can even come through there. I have had other little bugs come in through there when I first moved in. Diatomaceous earth and lavender just in case? I know Melfi’s rape was one of the most brutal and tragic scenes on the show, and for many of us it, IS in fact the most brutal and tragic, and while many people are torn between whether or not did the right thing by not telling Tony, I’m sure pretty much all of us can agree that Rossi fucker did NOT deserve to get off scot free ! I myself agree with Melfi not telling Tony, not because I don’t think Tony wouldn’t have done an excellent job of dishing out justice where the actual justice system fucked up and threw out the entire case and letting that scumbag back out on the streets, but because Tony would have basically owned Melfi after that and she would be permanently tied to the criminal underworld.
What I really wish could have happened instead, was seeing that POS get his karma through other means, either by Tony finding out on his own, Melfi’s ex-husband Richard avenging her, or seeing that fucker get a random unrelated dose of karma, here’s a list of my top five alternate endings I’d have loved to see.
1.)Tony finding out on his own by probing around, utilizing his inside contacts in the PD, then kidnapping him and ending up shoving a chalked pool cue as far as possible up that Rossi fucker’s ass !
2.)Melfi’s ex-husband Richard avenging her honor by shooting the prick or running him over Richie Aprile style making him a shopping cart, to pick up the slack for the shitty justice system who threw out her case, and ironically becoming part of the Italian American criminal stereotype that he hated so much.
3.)Rossi attempting to rape another woman somewhere else and getting shot by her when she pulls a gun out of her purse, or she pepper sprays him then stabs him.
4.)Rossi going about his life and getting badly beaten and killed as a victim of a random robbery turned murder, because he was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time, just like poor Melfi and all of his other possible rape victims…
5.)The Justice Department actually pulling their heads out of their asses and reopening Melfi’s case, whether it be a competent detective who actually gives a shit, or another unfortunate victim of Rossi giving a matching description of the attacker, and that fucker finally getting caught, tried, and sentenced, finished off by a scene of him getting prison justice by other inmates that hate rapists, or him getting paired up with Big Bubba as his cell mate that’s going to make him his bitch.

If I cut a piece of wire 80 meters, but loop it around twice (so it the same size and shape as a 40m fullwave loop). Does it behave like an 80m loop, or 40m loop? or even something else?
Let's say I'm also going to keep the loop elements "parallel", like homemade ladder line......what will that do?

I feel like no one talks (or wants to talk) about how bad the flu is. Having had COVID and flu myself, at least twice, my experience with flu was always much worse. Don’t get me wrong, COVID can be very serious… but I feel like I’m going to de when I have the flu! This has been an observation for years even before I became a nurse. I float medsurg & ED and have to say my flu patients are always sicker. Maybe we have a good protocol for COVID (remdesevir), people are vaxxed, etc. but those patients are always “chilling” in comparison. I just witnessed a fit, healthy patient COLLAPSE in the ED with flu this season. She had no other medical history, runs marathons. I always recommend flu shots to my patients, friends, family - and always receive it myself. Two of my family members pretty much don’t go to the doctor unless an arm falls off, so they obviously aren’t getting a flu shot. They’re both the sickest they’ve ever been with Flu A right now. One of them, almost in tears, told me they were “so scared of the flu” and “just had no idea.” This seems to be the consensus. I hate the way COVID & its vaccines misguided the general public. Flu still klls tens of thousands every year. It did during the height of COVID, too. Say what you want about the vaccines but people should be aware of how severe flu (and other viruses) can be. Thoughts?
