So I work for a small tech startup we've been around for about 12 years now so we're not really a startup anymore but we only have 14 employees and on the only person to manage the 84 customers.
We struggle with churn hitting around 15 to 16% per year and we're really looking at how we've been doing things to see what can be changed. After speaking my leadership we agree that since 80% of revenue comes from about a third of our customers that are focus needs to be on those customers.
The other 20% actually seem to be long time customers that while they do meet for reviews multiple times throughout the year probably aren't going anywhere.
So now that we've never heard it down to about 30 to 35 customers what is the best way to manage them? Currently I've access to HubSpot and Salesforce and I use Salesforce tasks and calendar reminders for follow-ups. I think narrowing it down to 30 to 35 customers would make Salesforce tasks for follow-ups to be a lot easier than what we're doing before.
Mostly we are just managing risk as it came and we do have access to some usage statistics but we haven't figured out a way to automatically pull them from Salesforce. What is the best way to manage 30 to 35 accounts through Salesforce or other tools that are either free or plugins in the Salesforce

Hey yall, I recently twisted my ankle pretty good. I’m fine, but I’m limping a bit. I feel like it’s forcing me into playing specific characters — a pirate, an old person, an injured bird. I hate it! I feel very limited! Plus, I’m already limping getting on the stage so it feels like I’m not actually playing characters at all, I’m just limping.
I have a show tomorrow and I’d like to not be stuck in this box if I can help it. Any advice?

 | I got this exo terra 18 x 24 for all my terrarium begonias. My plan was to create some sort of hard scape with big lava rocks and moss, and I really am hoping to avoid using foam or silicone. However, not sure how viable that is, and if I should even try to fit these all into one terrarium. My B. Rockii has tripled in size the last few months and I can’t tell how much bigger it’s gonna get. Then I have all these hybrids. I guess I probably need to get rid of some, I just don’t want to lol. Add the hook to your game directory and paste whatever is below to your engine.ini folder. Keep in mind, this will be a battle between vaseline blur (TAA) or shimmering jaggies (noAA). Both are terrible. I'm still experimenting with reshade SMAA and Adrenalin driver level AA/AF to get something decent from the noAA. Not much you can do with TAA except dial up the sharpness and accept the detail loss. I just want some good clarity like we use to have back in the day. Seems like everything is temporally baked now and you will have artifacts when you go to turn off TAA. Additionally, the console for internal resolution increase seems to be broken. I will keep updating OP if anyone shares good tweaks that everyone will like. This is your bare bones no AA solution so far -

So I’ve had this piercing since like the middle of September. It’s been healing good up until recently when I started sleeping on it and when I got my hair cut last week. I didn't see it in the settings, but is there a way to hold priority when casting a spell? It hasn't happened to me often, but sometimes I want to order effects that can be done at instant speed and utilize the stack more.
This is just a basic example, but if I were to cast [[Shock]], it fully resolves before I have the opportunity to cast [[lightning strike]].

im not sure how to screenshot, but in s2e2 at 43:42 my screen flashed with green and pink lines at the top, right after cobel says “hello mark, just back from work?”
ive rewatched that part 3 times to make sure it isnt my screen messing up, and it keeps happening. did anyone else notice this?? it almost looks like a piece of a picture, maybe of gemma?
