I started doing this about a year ago, and it’s made me feel so much cleaner throughout the day. Around the same time, I also started using Lume on my private area, and now there’s zero smell whatsoever.
If there’s no toilet paper available, I’ll sometimes dab on the outside of my jeans in a pinch. I actually picked up this habit during my deployment to Afghanistan—men there would do this, and it just made sense. I mean, even a tiny bit of urine can break down and cause an unpleasant smell. Looking back, it should have been obvious since I’ve always known women do this.
So, am I the only one who does this, or is it something other guys do but just don’t talk about?
Edit: A lot of you seem hung up on the “dabbing on jeans” part. To clarify, it’s a tiny drop—mostly water—that dries almost immediately, and I wash/change pants regularly. This only happens when nothing else is available. Frankly, it’s better than letting pee sit on my skin, getting gross in my underwear where it’s warm, sometimes sweaty, and there’s no air circulation. It’s not ideal, but it’s the better option.

Is it true that the game just keeps adapting to try and become harder and encourage you to spend money. I used to have no energy and have to watch the ads. Following on from the advice here I have managed to grind and build up rubys and energy. It’s clear though that we are not playing a level playing field. Everyone’s targets seem to be set for them and not universal. Different people need different things to complete tasks and challenges. Is it the same with the islands? Does everyone need the same items to craft something at the same cost? Or does it all depend on what level and how much you have in the bank?
This set of islands has cost me 200k energy so far and I’ve just started the last island of the 4th set. It’s the first time I’ve ever got up to 200k and seems a coincidence that this set requires over that!

I’m currently using the Trial version of Logic on my MacBook Air M1 chip on OS Seqouia, which is up to date. So far everything has been smooth sailing until one day, randomly, when attempting to use the stem splitter, the entire application crashed immediately. Now, every time I attempt to use the stem splitter it immediately crashes. HELP? I even tried opening in Rosetta mode to no avail.

I love sushi rice, but I feel like I can’t quite nail it the way that it’s made in restaurants. Mine has a stronger vinegar taste and is never as fluffy, maybe a bit too moist? I want to learn, please teach me how!
Right now if I’m cooking two cups sushi rice I use 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1tbs butter.

HI! I (19F) am a freshman in college. I'm currently studying graphic design and on track to graduate in 4 years with a BFA. Recently I have been reconsidering my major and rethinking what I want to do with my life. I am a very creative person and I want to end up with a career that I can use my artistic abilities in. My fear is that graphic design is pushing me more towards corporate blah and marketing stuff, which is not what I want to do with my life. Ideally I would love to do something like video game graphic design, illustrating books, or something cool like that. The problem is I don't want to be painfully broke and unable to make a living. I have a feeling that the design program I am in now is pushing me more towards the side of graphic design that I don't want to do. So, I was thinking about all of this and I began to consider another thing I would love to do which is teaching art. This would mean switching my major to art education and completely changing gears. The reason I am hesitant is that I don't know if I would feel creatively fulfilled by this. I am also cautious because I have seen a lot of controversy online from teachers complaining about the working conditions, unfair treatment, and low salary. I know that teaching is a notoriously low paying job, and I am also not sure that I would even be able to land a job as an art teacher. So is it worth switching my major to art education with all of this uncertainty? Also anyone in the graphic design or illustration space, how focused on creativity is your job? If anyone has any insights or advice about any of this it would be much appreciated because I am feeling very lost right now!! Or if anyone has recommendations for possible career paths or majors please lmk!
