I love sushi rice, but I feel like I can’t quite nail it the way that it’s made in restaurants. Mine has a stronger vinegar taste and is never as fluffy, maybe a bit too moist? I want to learn, please teach me how!
Right now if I’m cooking two cups sushi rice I use 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1tbs butter.

HI! I (19F) am a freshman in college. I'm currently studying graphic design and on track to graduate in 4 years with a BFA. Recently I have been reconsidering my major and rethinking what I want to do with my life. I am a very creative person and I want to end up with a career that I can use my artistic abilities in. My fear is that graphic design is pushing me more towards corporate blah and marketing stuff, which is not what I want to do with my life. Ideally I would love to do something like video game graphic design, illustrating books, or something cool like that. The problem is I don't want to be painfully broke and unable to make a living. I have a feeling that the design program I am in now is pushing me more towards the side of graphic design that I don't want to do. So, I was thinking about all of this and I began to consider another thing I would love to do which is teaching art. This would mean switching my major to art education and completely changing gears. The reason I am hesitant is that I don't know if I would feel creatively fulfilled by this. I am also cautious because I have seen a lot of controversy online from teachers complaining about the working conditions, unfair treatment, and low salary. I know that teaching is a notoriously low paying job, and I am also not sure that I would even be able to land a job as an art teacher. So is it worth switching my major to art education with all of this uncertainty? Also anyone in the graphic design or illustration space, how focused on creativity is your job? If anyone has any insights or advice about any of this it would be much appreciated because I am feeling very lost right now!! Or if anyone has recommendations for possible career paths or majors please lmk!

My new workplace has HORRIBLE management and I’ve decided to gfto.

Am I the only one thinking of the fact that about 75% of mice “Finalmouse” product and place on their web-site is going to be reselled on EBay for ~twice the price? I am starting to think that they have their own (several, like a lot) accounts (like when you search and look in the history of some of the sellers now, they’ve been selling ONLY Finalmouse products.. like really, try to search), from where they sell their own mice for the higher price, just to make more profit. But to stay good and precious in the customers eyes for the “high, but reasonable and affordable OFFICIAL price”.
I mean, there are so many ways to try and make an opportunity for mostly everybody to buy their product - make more of it/take many separate dates and batches to sell/make codes via every customer to search for resellers/make codes for pre-buy ability for real customers and so on. But money is money, of course.

Was earning 70k via employer for 2 years. But the company went bankrupt/liquidated but I was able to maintain contact with several clients and I'm continuing to earn approx 70k
I was just approved for a home loan, but they'll likely need to see payslips closer to settlement if/when I find a property - which I estimate to be another 3-6 months.
Will they accept the above or dismiss my sole trader income as it's so recent? Not on any tax returns.
