I'm planning on getting a 5 gallon tank to put on my desk. I have it all planned out can you tell me if it sounds good and if the inhabitants will thrive? It will be setup the father fish way with LOTS of live plants and the deep litter method. It will also have a food web that also serves as a cleanup crew. The clean up crew/food will be scuds, daphnia, Malaysian trumpet snails, Bladder snails, micro worms, and detritus worms. The inhabitants will be 1-3 dwarf pygmy gobys (which only get 0.4 - 0.5 inches in total length), 6-10 dwarf rasboras (which only get 0.6 - 0.8 inches in total length), and 5 cherry shrimp. I have it carefully thought out the gobys stay on the bottom 98% of the time and the rasboras swim in the middle to top 98 % of the time so thered be like no interaction between the two species. I dicided to do the dwarf rasboras instead of chillies because there smaller and less active. Both species have like no bioloid and the cleanup crew and plants and deep litter would take care of that with no trouble. Do you guys think i need a water pump and filter if i set it up the way i discribed it? And can you really get away with no water changes for months if you do it the father fish way? If not how often to do water changes? And do i need to feed the fish if they have enough live food in the tank? Will the inhabitants live happily and thrive in this setup? Can 10 rasboras thrive in this setup or should i go with less? How many goby's can live happily in here ccan3 or should i go with 1 or 2?

I live squarely in the Midwest and Taco Pizza is a staples where I am from. It is amazing and I feel like I need to explain it because I think Jason may have been misinformed.
The base of it is essentially a sausage crumble pizza with cheese and sauce as normal. Once the pizza is fully cooked and out of the oven, you add tomato, lettuce, and lightly crunched taco chips on top of the pizza. It can get a little messy to eat but it is very worth it.
Black olives on that pizza would be sacrilege.

got offer from Hexaware and Relevance lab
Hexaware: 18.39 fixed and 1.25 var 20.5 ctc. WFH. Will be working as a python lead for a bank and most of my work will be on data engineering side
Relevance lab: 18.08 fixed 19 CTC. 2 days WFO I’ll have to move from mumbai to Bangalore. Work is exciting as i will get to work on new technology and position will be python lead.
Need help with deciding among these two. Also if anyone can share some insights about relevance lab

tl;dr: Got 185 trade penalties and a ban for a single trade with 185 cases which Steam wouldn't let me accept.
I'm not mad as I thankfully got unbanned, but with the risk of my balance (minus 185 cents, lol) being freezed I will certainly pull-out. Anyone experienced similar?
Support Interaction, core issue was resolved quickly:
I have had an issue with my last trade, regarding user PDX and 185 Snakebite Cases. Steam would give me an error "25" when trying to accept the offer, telling me to retry later. I have attempted multiple times, but the error has persisted, with the CSFloat Bot advising too advising me to try later and file a support ticket if the error persists.
In the meantime I was banned for not accepting the offer, as it counted for 185 declined offers. I'm not really sure what the issue was, as I have had no other offers and accepted everything I received so far.

2025.01.30 14:33 dank-memes-and-gas Scrap yard won't take boilers due to Radiation levels
Here the context: I work at a sawmill and we have water boilers that were used to kiln dry lumber built somewhere in the 60's to the best of my knowledge. The scrap yard wouldn't take them due to their level of radiation. They "shot it with a gun" according to them and tested positive, however it's not strong enough to set off the unit the guy was wearing on his vest.
My questions: Any idea on what level of radiation this would be? And what would be the source of radiation in a boiler like this?
