Hello, all. I am a bear (not that kind) in the city and figured I'd give this a try after a less than great relationship and growing urge to move. Anyway, I apologize for the novel you might read, but the detail is important.
I want to make it clear that I want to take things slow and start online for two reasons. The first is after having my first and hopefully only, crazy ex, I'm not in a hurry to hop into a relationship. The second is because I'm gonna move eventually, and it doesn't feel right to ask a woman to come with me when I've already made the decision to leave, ya know?
About me: I'm 32, Canadian, from central Canada, relatively social, and like to keep myself in good health, physical and otherwise.
Physically, I'm Native American, 5'10, about 185 lbs, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. I keep myself in good shape and have a lean build.
Music is one of my favourite things, and I listen to it daily. I listen to a little bit of everything. Rock, metal, and now electro swing are big ones.
I game daily and have a PS5, Nintendo Switch, and a pretty good laptop.
As for other things I enjoy, I love Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic the Gathering. I like hiking, fishing and angling, biking, skating, archery, checking out museums, reading a select few books, and watching movies and shows. I recently picked up Lorcana, the Disney card game, and I love it. The cards look cool, and the game is easy to pick up.
About you: A nice person who treats people with kindness and respect if they deserve it.
You don't have to be an extrovert but open to doing things outdoors with me from time to time. I'm pretty asocial, so it would be just us or a small group. I'm not into big group things.
Health conscious. You don't need to be hitting the gym, but you do need to be in good shape. I take care of myself, and I expect the same of any partner.
Younger than me since I want to have a family one day. Early to mid 20's is ideal. I'm not sure if I have a limit on this since I'm not in a hurry to settle down, so we'll see what happens.
Location doesn't matter, but being Canadian is a plus. In the country, Montreal, Vancouver, and Toronto are my top choices. For big cities, anyway. Maybe someone will give me a reason to go somewhere else? Another city or two, or maybe a new country altogether? Europe looks nice. France and Germany in particular.
That's all, I suppose. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll answer them as best I can. Only do so if you're interested. I'm not going to go through any more reddit interrogations because of my preference for younger white women.

2025.01.30 21:51 pulloutgame1000 6’8 Wing with 99 Dunk and 88 block 🔥
 | Made this build recently and it’s been really fun. Some people might say 99 driving dunk is overkill but with the dunk meter improvements I’ve been unstoppable in the paint. You can also really space the floor and knock down 3s consistently with the good shooting stats, even more so if you rhythm shoot. Add in the 85 ball handle and you can iso/run the offense if needed, especially since the build gets Blur takeover. The one downside to the build is the low steal but I made this for fun and having an 88 block is way more fun than spamming for steals all game. Nothing like hittin people with the Bron chase down and I put my Tier 2 Max +1 on high-flying denier just for this reason 😂. For an added bonus, the build has high rebound for a SG/SF too so you can get crazy putback animations and push the pace in transition. All in all, while this build might not be meta, I’ve had a lot fun playing with it. I have lurked around here and learnt a lot from this group. I wanted to share my experience and get some insights.
I am 20-25 lbs overweight. I am 5’3, 40 yo female and my weight is around 150-155 lbs range. My ob-gyn, GP, Endocrinologist have all been very dismissive of my weight issues.. I am very active and eat clean 80% of the time. I am a marathon runner and run about 20-30 miles a week when not race training and lift weights. I also got body scans done and my body fat% is high (27). I also prioritize protein. I have struggled with the weight loss and have tried all diets possible and did a lot of intermittent fasting.
In May-2024 I finally joined LifeMD and started the GLP-1 program. 7 months later I was injecting 70 units and still hadn’t lost any weight. It’s been so frustrating. Had a consult with them recently and they suggested that I stop the program since I am not reacting at all. I mean after 50 units I had some side effects but no weight loss really. I am really at my wits end now. Any insights or suggestions that you guys would like to offer?
