Problem/Goal: Naghiwalay kami na may 3k utang pa ako sa kanya, ngayon sinisingil pa rin niya ako.
Context: I'm 24F and my ex 25M. Naging kami nung ex ko 2022, 21 yrs old pa lang ako, first year ng relationship namin kargo ko lahat ng gastusin kasi kumpara sa aming dalawa ako talaga yung mas may pera kasi malaki-laki allowance na nakukuha ko mula sa Daddy ko tsaka wala rin siyang work, umaasa sa magulang at kapatid. Mga date and gala namin sagot ko lahat pati yung nag Baguio kami sagot ko lahat talaga, binibilhan ko pa yun siya ng Mythic at Legendary gun sa CODM full draw. Partida ako pa dumadayo sa kanya kapag magdedate kami taga Pangasinan ako tapos siya sa Manila. Nung nag 22 years old ako nagdecide ako na maging independent na and magwork na sa Manila, no parents money na help basta ako lang. Nung una hirap ako talaga kasi di ko expect yung magiging budget ko tapos di na rin kami nakakapagdate nitong ex ko kasi wala naman siyang work and ako busy na and around September 2023 doon siya nagkawork pero di pa rin kami nakakapagdate kasi wala kaming time talaga at magkasalungat yung off namin. 2023, December nasira yung phone ko dahil yung sinesweldo ko sakto lang sa pang-araw araw at bilang isang naninindigan na strong independent woman di talaga ako nanghingi ng pera sa Daddy ko. So itong si ex ko nag-offer na bilhan ako ng phone (14,000 php) tapos hulug-hulugan ko na lang daw sa kanya so ako nag-agree naman ako. Kaso biglang dumating time na nagbreak kami kasi may nabasa ako na chat niya with some other girl nakikipagkita at inaaya niya itong si girl (na friend lang daw niya) may pagsundo pa nga tapos tinatanong niya pa si girl if my kafubu si girl or ano. Nung una tinry ko talaga ayusin relasyon namin pero ako rin yung naubos. Grabe iyak ko non kasi grabe yung mga effort ko sa kanya, ako gastos lahat, dinadayo ko siya kahit 5 hours or more yung biyahe ko okay lang sakin basta makasama ko siya kahit saglit lang minsan nga takas pa sa bahay yung pagpunta ko sa kanya tapos sa kabila ng mga efforts ko nakikipag kita pala siya sa ibang babae. So ayon may tira pa akong utang sa kanya na 3k. Sinisingil niya ako, babayaran ko pa ba? Sabi ng mga friends ko wag na raw bayad na raw niya yon sakin for emotional damage and mas marami naman na raw ako nagastos sa kanya. Gusto ko lang humingi ng ibang advice.

I believe we have some members here who travel internationally quite a bit. Hopefully this finds them.
I've found the USDA page and the requirements for different countries (did not compare to see how different they might be). I don't know where my entry country will be and it's not clear if the documentation is restricted to that entry country. I will be going to other countries while there.
I found mentions of an "EU Canine Passport" available for EU residents (I live in the US but have an EU passport as well), but could not find details on how or where do obtain one - perhaps ahead of time.

So I've been on SDI since August of 2024 due to stress and I was about 6 months pregnant. I gave birth 12/19/24 and had my 6 week postpartum appointment today and everything looks good! I know on a previous post someone mentioned to exhaust my SDI but my return to work date is 02/05/25. Is that when I should apply for PFL or how should I go about this? Second time mom and it's been about 4-5 years since I last applied so I don't remember much! Thank you!
