In 2023 I bought a $300 walking treadmill and loved it. I worked from home and used it basically every workday walking 5 miles a day. However it was from some no name chepo company and barely lasted a year before the motor burntout. I did my best to take care of it, but cheap shit is cheap shit.
I know nothing about which brands are good in the exorcise equipment space. I would love y'all opinions on a replacement that will last longer than a year.

Why is it 'not ok' to call out immigration as a significant issue with the current rental crisis?
Net overseas migration (NOM) is currently running at nearly 500k per year. That's an incredible uplift on 2005, when we were running at 134k.
These people need a place to live, and will typically rent until they know the area, competing directly with renters, and increasing rents.
The government can't magically create new houses - that takes time. But, they could "magically" lower the number of people competing for properties, by reducing our historically high overseas migration rates.
Every time this gets mentioned, it is quickly derided as "racist", and "divisive". The reality is that immigrants aren't to blame - I'm sure they would jump at the chance to move to Australia. Just check out /AusVisa. The issue is successive governments maintaining a historically high NOM rate.
So - if lowering NOM could magically make life easier for renters overnight, why are we so opposed to the idea?

If anyone owns a Stelivo after 50k miles, what were any problems you had and how long do you expect to keep the car after 50k miles? Would I be able buy this car and not have to worry about any major problems up to 100k miles or is it just not wise to get one past 50k miles?

I truly believe in Spirit Guides, in being pulled to a certain energy and guided by a voice that hopefully is benevolent, not my own. Well, today I got not one but two validations back to back that someone is looking out for me. The next greatest puzzle is discerning how my spirit guide wants me to live my life. How to get over guilt of my decisions and live fully in truth, love, clarity, and togetherness. That doesn't come as easily as the validation, it seems.
Anyways, I asked "If you are my spirit guide, send a white truck to drive by when I open my window. Sure enough, a white truck appears, the second of only two cars to drive by for the minute I had my window open! Then, not 5 minutes later, I was like... that's probable. Lol. So I asked for the song "The Best" to show up early in my shuffle. I hadn't before gave this song a thumbs up on Youtube Music but sometimes unliked songs come up on my shuffle, so I gave it a shot. The song did appear 2nd in my shuffle! I was shocked. So now my biggest obstacle is finding the confidence to live with purpose that every little thing matters, and that we are being guided. I believe people who die don't just look away from Earth. I believe they look back and guide us, especially my spirit guide, who I just want to say THANK YOU to!

What exactly is the plot? Firstly ain't a fan of their constant bickering, they are in thr second life and they still don't understand themselves. They like other people but also don't like other people and wanna be together. FL is strong, which is why I started watching it, at episode 8-9 I got annoyed but still kept going in case it might gets better, ML and FL constantly talking about being honest with each other, being thr for each other, being allies gave me hope but NO they are still not able to understand each other or event themselves, ML is such a simp, I was glad he finally realised his true feelings and that he wasn't actually in love with zhenzhen, but he is into rong only. But damn, our FL doesn't even give a damn, which is fine for now cs perhaps she can't trust ML as wht he did to her in the previous life but how is she still into 2nd ML and can't decide who to choose. Also, the plot ain't plotting, even the uncle become so nice suddenly near episode 20, Idk if I should continue. Does it get better? I am a fan of SOKP, which made me watch this for Linghe but this is so different. I miss LLTG, TTEOTM, and TB. Are they not making dramas like these anymore?
