Hey all, I had my lap 5 days ago for stage 2 excision. My main symptom going into surgery was that my bowel movements were excruciatingly painful. Now that I’m starting to have them again post-op, the pain is definitely still there, but I need to push a bit to get it out. And yes, I’m taking stool softeners twice a day so the stool itself is very soft, just having trouble getting it out without bearing down a bit. I think I’m just terrified to rip a stitch or something. I feel like the guidance is just “take your stool softeners and don’t push hard” but how hard is it actually okay to push? How many days till you weren’t so scared anymore?
Lol very in my head about this if you can tell. Lord knows I unintentionally pushed real hard when I had my first post-lap sneeze! That was terrible.

hey everyone!
has seizure medication ever stopped working for any ones dog?
for a little back story i have a 4 year old pug who got diagnosed with epileptic seizures 2 years ago this month.
when he first started medicine it was regular keppra and he got it every 8 hours. after getting adjusted to it he had one seizure every week for a few months then it was every other week. last summer he had 5 seizures in 24 hours and the vet decided to put him on keppra xr (extended release) so he gets it every 12 hours now.
for the last few months he has been having sporadic seizures. they were never regula consistent. yesterday morning he had his first seizure in a few months. so i treated it like normal and went on with my day. around 3pm he had another seizure and i didn’t think much of it because a lot of the times when he has a seizure he ends up having another a few hours later.
counting those 2 he has had 8 seizures since yesterday morning. i’m not sure what it is as i’ve been giving him his medicine at the same time every morning and night. he’s never had this many seizures in 24 hours.
during the 8th one we gave him diazepam the vet gave us. we’ve only ever given it to him once before and he stopped having the seizures after. so i’m praying this time it ends them as well. i plan on taking him to the vet on monday as no vets/animal hospitals around me are open on the weekend.

 | So I've actually had this bike for a while now but never really got around to taking any pictures of it. Swapped out the gross, clicky GXP bottom bracket I had been using on it for a new Omniracer and swapped the chunky, mismatched cromo axle nuts for Runwell nuts like I do on (almost) all my bikes and felt like it was finally close enough to my vision to post. The backstory on this bike is that when I was new to fixed, I really wanted a Black Magic Kilo TT, but was too unsure of the sizing since I couldn't find Kilos at a LBS and so I ended up with my Fuji Feather instead. Never quite got that Black Magic Kilo out of my head even though I have owned many bikes since my Feather, so when Affinity and Blue Lug revealed this limited color last year, I jumped at the opportunity. Really fun bike, although the 47/15 ratio is a bit steeper than I usually ride. All of the parts (minus the stem, BB and axle nuts) are things I already had lying around. This is a size L frame. I'm around 5'11 and usually prefer a 53-56 size frame depending on geometry and whether the frame is measured CTC or CTT. The saddle looks lower than it really is due to the camera angle, although less seat post showing compared to a conventional frame is to be expected. It's worth noting that Affinity's geometry chart is a bit of a mess. They have the head tube measurement at 112 for the size L, 3mm shorter than the size M at 115 which doesn't make sense. The size L head tube measures 143mm by my measurement. I picked a size L over a size M due to the L having a top tube and head tube measurement closer to my existing bikes, but who knows how accurate the geo chart is for the other sizes. I am thinking of swapping out the Omniums for Sugino 75DD2 and maybe some different pedals, but for now, I'm satisfied. submitted by Cb8393 to FixedGearBicycle [link] [comments] |

I was watching some videos and I saw Kevin Owens which made me think back to his time in TNA. But I couldnt remember the specifics. I went to wikipedia and realized according to Wikipedia he's never been in TNA. But I clearly remember seeing him and wondering how long he would last in WWE. I looked at his past and the only thing I can think of is maybe when he was in ROH he showed up on Impact programming before they folded into AEW. I'm looking at his ROH history and I see a lot of names I recognize but the timing doesnt match up. I see the Bennets and the ROH guys in 2013/2014 but 2021 is when ROH went on hiatus, and he was in WWE at that time.
