So I recently bought a new ASI533MC pro. From what I understand, a UV/IR cut filter is required with this camera. I’ve heard about a couple different filters but here’s which ones I have kept in mind for pairing with my ZS61ii:
-Optolong UV/IR cut 1,25” -Svbony UV/IR cut 2” (it has the same charts as the Optolong) -ZWO UV/IR cut
I’ve heard that both the Svbony and the ZWO filters can cause some fringing on bright stars. However, both the Optolong and the Svbony use the exact same charts, and I have heard nothing wrong about the Optolong’s.
What do you guys think?

Everytime i want to watch a movie that I paid for, i get slammed with ads for mobile games. To me its so wrong being forced to watch Netflix trying to sell stuff. Thinking about dropping my sub. The funeral of Queen Alida had put off Fruzsina and Csilla’s planned visit home. In the days and weeks after the old family home was filled with people, making it next to impossible for the pariah Csilla to make an appearance without being noticed. Now with their childhood home again vacant they were free from any unwanted attention.
Fruzsina drove her out there for the day. It was while they were walking the grounds they spotted an assortment of wooden boards in an old tree.
Is that what I think it is? Csilla thought.
Fruzsina was already running up to it, leaving Csilla trying to catch up. Fruzsina was already half way up the rickety old ladder when Csilla reached the bottom of the tree. Fruzsina made it all the way up into the treehouse before Csilla followed, hoping like with Fruzsina the old boards would hold up as well.
Once together again, Fruzsina commented, “I remember the last time we were up here…”
“And we didn’t know it would be the last time, well until now.”
It was much smaller now, or it felt like it, being older. They each looked out around them, enjoying the sentimentality of it. Their complicated dynamic dropping for a time in favour of the reminiscing of two old friends.
Eventually they made their way down and to the small lake that was at the edge of the horizon.
Standing at the bank, Csilla cocked her head as she looked at the water, as if she was scrutinizing it, expecting to see something.
Fruzsina interrupted her with, “They pulled the car out a year after you left.”
Csilla grinned, “Still can’t believe we did that.”
“You did that.” Fruzsina clarified.
“I didn’t exactly have to drag you out of bed all those nights. You were always happy to be my accomplice, not just then.”
A silence fell between then, which was eventually broken by Fruzsina.
“Csilla, I have something to tell you.”
Csilla looked to her, with a serious expression.
Fruzsina had made up her mind at last… but who would she choose?
Rurik? Prince Charming. He’s so sweet, such a gentleman. Despite his moniker, he was charming in a more understated kind of way, from his chivalrous demeanor to his little wooden crafts and dried wildflowers. There was a nobility in his character that resonated with Fruzsina as well. He was just as dedicated in his duty to his people as she was to her’s, even if she felt he could have a bit more fun doing it. Still despite their many differences, she’d begun to find more in common with him. They could each appreciate the simple pleasures of a good hike or hot apple cider during a day at the park. She would never forget how Rurik gave her his coat when she needed it.
Fazekas? My Engelbert… He’s fun, I can talk with him about anything. She couldn’t get him carrying her from the car wreck out of her mind. It was like something out of a movie… She now knew underneath his playboy persona was a man looking for true love just like her. A hopeless romantic with a propensity for grand gestures and fairy tale imagery yet she felt he wasn’t insincere in that. Like her he had an appreciation for the high life with castles and fast cars, but she never felt he was materialistic, instead devoting his life to love and poetry.
Sil? Csilla is Csilla, but I love her anyways. Whereas with the two gentlemen she felt a more comfortable and sweet affection, her feelings for Csilla were more intense. Their childhood platonic connection had transformed into a series of passionate trysts, but that return to closeness was met with several fierce arguments and an unwillingness from Csilla to be exclusive. No matter how Fruzsina got hurt by Csilla’s ways, she could never bring herself to only hate her old best friend Csilla, but could she be with Csilla as she was?

So as we all know, Monarch had a collaboration with Apex ever since 2015, but there's one though in my Mind ever since GvK and that could make Monarch having a little more Spotlight in the Monsterverse. This is my HeadCanon: Could Apex have secret agents infiltrated in Monarch for Years and planning on taking over it?
I always though that Monarch should have more Spotlight in the MV, despite having it's own Series (LOM), it still feels off for me. They could make a new Production, perhaps a new Series, focused more on Monarch having to deal with the Political issues with other Goverments arround the world about the Titans, and also with a Conspiracy that connceted to the past of the Organization and it's Secrets. Leading to Monarch being ''Dissolved'' and start a inner War agaist Apex, something similar to what happened in the MCU with the HYDRA Uprising.
I have always loved the Spy-Political-Conspiracy-Suspense genre in Movies and TV Series, and my Trigger for that was of course The Winter Soldier, and i really wish that Monarch could have something like this, making the Human Element more reliable and Interesting, going back to the Roots of the MV with a more Grounded tone, and going much Deeper into the Organization's past and Secrets.
What do you guys Think? What are YOUR ideas that the MV could work with Monarch?

I been trying get a Roleplay-Chatting AI to run on my device, it all seems to work? Somewhat, but I don't know why exactly, when I talk to it, the responses seem non-linear to my message, and also there seems to be 0 account into the character.json? If I start the conversation like "Good Morning, how did you sleep?" The AI responds with "Oh, I had my eyes closed, but now that you're here, darling, nothing else matters to me. Good morning!"
Which to me sounds very off? I got basically 0 knowledge into coding so asked ChatGPT to help me guide through the steps to make my own AI, and some stuff, so the issue might be in that? Or something?

The main idea was a system where I can type the name of a Character to choose him to chat, it works, I can choose, but the conversation then seems weird, I hope someone can help me, and please don't go harsh on me, I'm new to all this, apologies import json

 | Hi, everyone! I’ve been playing Mech Arena for a little over 3 months now, and I still consider myself a beginner 😅. I want to build the best hangar possible with the mechs and weapons I already have, but sometimes I get a bit lost when it comes to choosing the best combinations. I’d also love some advice on what my next purchases should be - whether mechs or weapons. I recently got the Aegis, and I’m having so much fun with it! I absolutely love the dome; it’s such a fun ability to use. However, I don’t plan on upgrading my mechs for now. From my own experience - and from reading posts here on Reddit (thank you soo much) - I know that the more you upgrade, the tougher your opponents get… haha! So, could you help me optimize my hangar with what I currently have? And what would be the best purchases for me to invest in next? Hi I am using cannabis to treat a miserable auto immune condition.
Edibles help a ton but leave me with crippling anxiety in the days after consuming. It also seems to give me week long diarrhoea. I can’t continue with edibles.
I want to try vaping and have just purchased a mighty. I do have sensitive lungs any tips on how to avoid chest infections ect?
Anyone else had the same side effects from edibles and switched to smoking and they go away?

2025.02.01 23:51 OkaySparkles Babbel Live - does anyone else think there's a difference in quality between private and group classes?
I've been using Babbel live for some time to improve my French (and some Spanish). I've been taking a combo of group and private classes...and I actually find the quality of instruction in group classes pretty consistent. 90% of the time, the teachers are really good at explaining the material and being engaging.
In my private classes, however, I think the percentage goes down to 60-70%. Generally, I do find private classes more beneficial for conversation practice. But I also feel like some teachers take advantage of the individual and "slack off" a bit more? Several have been late a few times, noticeably distracted by something else, not writing notes/writing minimal notes, yawning constantly, rushing through the material, not listening to what I'm saying, etc. It's especially disappointing when my fave teachers end up like this - I feel like overtime, they take advantage of our rapport and just slack off their instruction. I don't book back-to-back sessions with teachers well (aka I try to space out my sessions with a variety of teachers) so I don't think I'm overwhelming anyone with my presence. And I'm definitely not rude or anything.
This post isn't meant to put down anyone - I've learned so much from my teachers! But I am curious if anyone thinks similarly? Supposedly, private classes are better for individual attention, but for me, I find the group classes to have better instruction. And maybe it makes sense cause there's more accountability involved or you feed off the energy from your group?

What advantage does Lumon get by negotiating with Cobel instead of just capturing her. They’ve had 2 opportunities to do it so far this season but she is able to just walk away.
Helena seemed genuinely defeated when Harmony turned around instead of following her inside, but she still lets her leave. If it was really that important I would think they would take her by any means necessary. But she must hold some clout or have some kind of conflicting power we haven’t seen yet. Maybe because they know she leads the resistance and want to trick her into getting severed / switch sides, instead of killing her. I’m so excited to see more of Patricia Arquette this season she is unbelievable.
Where do you think the dynamic between Cobel and Lumon is going in S2?
