Hello guys I just hoping anyone can help me I used to have mad anxiety and stress I would struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep now I gone back to my old ways I am working out again and enjoying my life but for some real I can fall asleep in 4 mins or so but after I wake up say to go toilet after 5 or so hours when I go back to sleep I wake up every hour to and hour and a half and I feel sluggish when I get to that full 9 hour mark. I’m not sure what it could be I take ashwaganda and magnesium do mma and gym so just hoping I can get an answer from anyone thanks guys.

hi and thanks in advance for any help! i am investing in my first table saw and looking to spend less than $450. the saw that immediately catches my eye is here (www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-15-Amp-Corded-8-1-4-in-Compact-Jobsite-Tablesaw-with-Compact-Table-Saw-Stand-DWE7485WS/313820771 ). It is preferable that it comes from Home Depot (I have gift cards), but don't want to compromise if better is found elsewhere for the price.
Why am I getting a table saw? I do side projects regularly and have many-a project limited by my small, yet mighty jigsaw. the maiden voyage for this table saw will be cutting some wainscoting for someone's backsplash. I am quite handy and will be self-taught, so the more straightforward, the better.
i also don't know if this is traditional for a table saw or if i'd get something different, but i'd really love something that i could change the depth of the blade as well.

hey there, so like i wanna mod my ultrakill but for that i need bepinex and when i put bepinex from thunderstore in the ultrakill folder nothing works, and i can't use thunderstore on linux cause they don't have a linux version, does anyone know if there's some way to make bepinex work? i don't care how scuffed or horrible it is

I’ve had a bunch of new symptoms since starting Omeprazole and wondering if they’re side effects or not. I used to take Prilosec (OTC) about a year ago when I had really sharp chest pains and pressure but then I got off of it and the chest pains were still there but not too bad. I got diagnosed with GERD and EoE about 3 months ago and got prescribed 40 mg Omeprazole and ever since then my swallowing has gotten the worst it’s ever been -I can barely eat. I also got a rash around my right eye, right armpit and right hip and started getting insanely itchy all the time. I figured this was eczema but I’ve never had eczema and my doctor wasn’t too worried about it. I also have been getting random dizziness and confusion and my anxiety has been 100x worse than it’s ever been. I’m a very relaxed and laid back person and never got anxiety previous to this. Also I’ve been very fatigued almost every single day and I sleep great at night but during the day I’m so tired that my eyes and body hurt. I have another endoscopy and appointment with my GI doc soon but was curious anyone else’s thoughts. I switched to taking 20mg once a day the last 2 weeks and my rash has suddenly disappeared but the dizziness, confusion and anxiety hasn’t gotten any better. I also haven’t been eating all that much the last week so I’m thinking it could be from nutrient deficiency. Curious anyone else’s thoughts and what symptoms other people get besides chest pain and swallowing. I feel like I’m going crazy cuz the last 6 months my life has drastically changed and I know I have a long road ahead of me.

 | Got some new parts for my AX24 - new hub extensions from RampCrab, and some new wheels and tires, and figured I’d also see how my plaster sheets laid out on the cardboard, hot glue, and foam fatigue mats. Turns out the course is pretty good, and I’ve also got some decent flex going on! I’ve got another tile with expanding foam, and another tile with a hill and a potential mud pit; I dunno what the last tile will be, but I’m looking forward to thinking up a new pattern.
