Subject more or less covers it, I think. Arguably even by the time Genesis is being written/edited there is an understanding of at least two gods (El/Elohim and Yahweh), the latter being a minor storm god in the Canaanite pantheon. Clearly the one God principle takes firmly hold in Judeo-Christian and Islamic canon that rejects deity pluralism, but I’m really interested in why this not-just-best-god-but-only-god principle was able to take such firm root. I’ve been in house at a locally family owned business as their social media manager and content creator for two years. Going into marketing wasn’t my plan, I was going to go into narrative filmmaking, but I’m sure you all know the woes of filmmakers and moving to LA. Too expensive. High competition. The usual.
I enjoy creating content, I’ve gotten really good at food photography. I enjoy making videos. I really hate scheduling and coordinating social media. It’s so draining. I work super hard on a photo or video and it gets 30 likes. Plus, I’m only a week out on my copy and content most of the time because I’m running around shooting the content, editing it, uploading it, writing the copy, and also trying to manage multiple upcoming campaigns all at the same time. Dealing with meta is annoying, our account is kind of messed up from an agency that ran it and they still own our page on their meta business suite. Long story short they can’t release it and meta won’t help. It’s tiring. I really like marketing, I feel like it’s an interesting puzzle but I was curious if anyone would know a good route for me to take in my career. I like placing ads and watching the clicks trying to figure out what to do better. I like creating content. I like brainstorming campaigns. It’s just social media that’s killing me. Any advice would be appreciated!

 | Just coming here to share how much this journey caught me off guard. As it unfolds we are introduced to the Mycona people, who live by collecting items from the infested and we help them and Glast recover some prisoners, especially Neewa. The girl that Glast wants so much to return, carries in her blood a controlled dose of infestation, which is used to transform the Mycona into hybrids, making them a repellent to the normal infested and allowing them to continue with their way of living, which by table, ends up creating an entire culture specific to that people and which we do not see anywhere else in the solar system. The point here that caught me is that this journey, unlike the others, ended up touching on a subject that has been part of my daily life since my birth. Just like Neewa and the Mycona, I am part of an indigenous South American ethnic group, I won't specify the country, but like them, I live within a culture that ended up being forced (as in Glast's words "by a greater force" ) to abandon part of their culture, and even after being freed, we were several times placed "under the protection" of the general staff, and "taught" to adapt to the new world, this being exactly Lótus' proposal (and for me, listening to her saying that was really scary, since the vast majority of these proposals end up in empty words). The final decision I had to make was what left me amazed, as the game placed the responsibility of deciding what to do on me. -Cure Neewa and thus end an entire culture by force, forcing them to adapt to a way of life governed by the words of the Lotus. -Send her to her village, where she would be forced to continue her duty as a receptacle for the infestation and guarantee Glast's future profits. (Yes, Glast was never thinking about the well-being of those people, but rather about its profits (and Neewa didn't show much interest in being a receptacle)). -Let Neewa decide herself. Taking into account the history of my own ethnicity, I chose to decide that Neewa would choose, neither Lótus nor Glast were really interested in the people. Lotus didn't like their way of living because he placed children as receptacles, while Glast benefited from the goods they obtained from the infested. The decision to continue or not should come from Neewa herself, and she and her people would decide which path to follow to ensure their survival, in the same way that people of my ethnicity had to decide between abandoning their native language for a European language, in order to avoid not only a massacre, but also the total loss of our culture. Neewa and the Mycona chose to end a long cycle in their culture, but this decision came from them themselves, and not in a forced way. Having said all that, even though I lost some credits in the Index due to lack of attention, the end of this journey made it one of, if not the, most favorite journeys I've played so far.
