Der er noget jeg ikke forstår. Man kan jo direkte modregne kapitalindkomst i renteudgifter (ikke?)
I så fald, hvorfor er det, der ikke er mere fokus på det.
Den absolutte førsteprioritet burde være at købe kapitalindkomstbeskattede ETF'er indtil man forventeligt overstiger renteudgifterne.

i just wrapped up the main story and it was a WILD ride indeed.
But the ending had a couple things confusing me. so is professor Lucien the leader of ever? or does he work for them/under them? or is it like a paired partnership - most likely temporary because he doesn't seem to speak of them with high regard at all. I don't understand his role in all this at all. Besides the fact that he's responsible for the black crystal stuff that seems to be turning very sick or dying people into "monsters."
Caleb doesn't seem to be one of them, yet the game did mention something about the "price he had to pay for coming back to life..." but he mostly seems unaffected.
I remember previously, Zayne was working on treating someone with some other doctor organisation that he clearly disdains. I think? my memory kinda sucks. BUT I do remember the person talking about Zaynes skills would be useful and he's wasting his potential at Akso hospital. Zayne didn't seem to agree with their questionable methods. Something about the human body being weak and finding out experimental ways to overcome that?
are those past events related to what's going on now?
I'm also curious on Caleb's roll in all this. So yes he's the Colonel of the fleet. and the game hasn't disclosed how that came to be yet. But I wonder... is he going to betray us at some point? he's already had the opportunity to, the entire time we were in skyhaven. We know from the story in version 1.0 that Josephine was part of a team that were running these kinds of experiments and then decided to quit it when the moral compasses finally kicked in 💀 we also know that MC was the only specimen (for lack of better terms) that was successful. So now is the child that the professor Lucien keeps referring to MC? if so, that would mean Caleb is feeding him information about us. he said something about our powers not being fully awakened still. which is confusing. I thought that after sylus helped us complete our aether core, we'd have reached our full capabilites but I guess not.
somebody PLEASE break it down for me! to be honest, my mind hasn't been fully focused on the game because I have exams in like 30 seconds 💀 so I definitely plan on replaying soon. Probably the whole main story actually, it's been a while and I think I've forgotten a lot of key information they've been feeding us in little hints throughout the game.
that said... WHEW! YANDERE CALEB CONFIRMED?! it's very interesting to me how caleb seems to fulfill the dark, twisted romance role that everyone initially thought sylus would. it's an interesting dynamic. seeing MCs flashbacks of dialogue with Caleb from their childhood let's us known that he's always been overprotective. It's clearly warped into a dark messed up obsession. but you'll hear no complaints from me.

خلصت حمدلله اول ترم على خير في اول سنة كلية حمدلله بدون ذكر ايه هي بس هي كلية تبع جامعة اسكندرية مريحة اوي في نظامها لكن الدفعة فيها مش احسن حاجة للسياق، الدفعة ١٢٠٠ بني ادم متقسمين على ١٢ سكشن وانا لإن اسمي احمد فا انا في اول سكشن و لإني كنت بعمل ملخصات واكتيڤ في الدفعة بقيت ليدر المجموعة و واحدة واحدة بقيت ليدر الدفعة. من اسوء ما تعاملت معاه هو الدفعة بدون مبالغة لإنهم عبارة عن اطفال نمت بدري بس. كانوا كل خمس دقايق يتروشنوا ويحلووا ويتعاركوا في جروب الدفعة وكنت كل شوية انا او زمايلي نقفلوا عليهم الجروب. اما السكشن فا دا اسوء حاجة اتعاملت معاها على مدار الترم والسبب؟ اكتشفت ان البشوات اكتر من مرة بيخشوا يعاكسوا بنات من سكاشن تانية (احنا ومجموعة ٧ السكاشن الوحيدة الي فيها ٩٠ ولد و اربع خمس ينات مثلا الباقي عكسنا حرفيا
وقع الحوار دا سكة ٦ ٧ مرات مثلا وبجد سمعتنا بقت وحشة اوي بين الدفعة وحتى بين الدكاترة والمعيدين عشان بيقعدوا يتكلموا في السكاشن والمحاضرات بس جتلي فرصة اني اخلي اغلب السكشن يعيد السنة عن استحقاق وفعلا استغليتها وهما مش عارفين اساسا ولا هيعرفوا ليه ومحدش منهم له عندي حاجة اصلا ولا حد يقدر يعملي حاجة. بس الكلام هنا، هو ليه العيال دي هيجانة كدا؟ يعني بجد ليه وكذا مرة اكلم المجموعة ككل في حوار المعاكسات دا ومفيش خالص مستمرين في الهيجنة. اتصرف ازاي خصوصا انها في الأخر بتيجي في وشي انا

so long story short, I just got accepted into UF as a transfer. Because I am adopted I am receiving a tuition waiver from the state that will cover 100% of my tuition. I was planning on using my bright futures for on campus housing however it is full as of now and I have been put on a waitlist. If I had to do off-campus housing, would I still be able to get some money back from Bright futures if all my tuition is already covered?
