Idk if it's my internet or what, but I get disconnected at LEAST once a day on marvel rivals PS5. I've never had any issue with my internet at all in online games until this, is it something with the servers or should I actually get my wifi checked out and possibly upgraded?

I know they provide one for you in the lab, but I was wondering if it is worth getting one to have outside of the lab. We haven't had a lab yet but it seems at least somewhat beneficial to have one so you can get some work done early. They're lowkey expensive so idrk. What do yall think?

Brief history of my IEMs experience, bought the OG Zero with a Tripowin cable but I found the profile of the Zero to be too harsh on the treble and too weak on the bass.
Then I upgraded to the EA500LM and I really like them, bass is richer without clouding mids and treble. I really like this kind of 360 signature with ok separation and imaging. For the cable I kept the Tripowin Grace with in line mic.
I mainly use IEMs for gaming on PS5 (Helldiver or single player games) and I connect the cable straight to the controller.
Should I invest in a cable or I wouldn’t notice any difference? What would you consider a decent upgrade in my case?

2025.01.22 20:00 RetaRedded ENER-J kinetic switch with only 1 wire?
Hi there Redditers :)
I have a question to those of you that know this stuff....
The house we've bought is an old terraced house with simple wiring (rose somewhere above the ceiling and 1 cable running down to the switch and back).
Currently there's no possibility to put additional wiring to install additional switch in the place we need so we want to go with a workaround and use the ENER-J kinetic switch that can be placed literally anywhere and the appropriate RF Receiver behind the old switch.
The only problem is that looking at the diagram: https://www.ener-j.co.uk/assets/img/product/image_13.jpg there are 4 wires needed (2in, 2 out) but there are only 2 connected to COM and L1.
Do you think connecting to L(in) and L(out) will actually work? Should there be N(in) and N(out) open? bridged?
I'd appreciate your help :)
