2025.01.23 02:41 Jamesthegrizzly How to enable Meta AI if the setting dosent work/ turns off on its own!!
I've ran into this problem for months, every time I switched the setting on and left the settings page, or even scrolled down passed the setting, it would turn itself off. I have found the answer to this. This is how
- Turn off wifi
- Go to settings, click the little drop down menu and click system apps, go down to Meta AI and delete the app data
- Push the powerbutton and the volume down button at the same time untill it shuts off on its own
- Turn it back on and you will see a menu, use the volume up and down buttons to select the option "boot device" and press the power to confirm.
- When you turn it on, activate the Meta AI setting, it will say it will have a problem activating, this is ok!
- Now turn on wifi
- You will be prompted with the Meta AI tutorial, just follow it and by the time you're done the setting would stay on and it will just work.

I swear I can’t get this guy completely figured out. I think Hochman has been obvious he’s not keen on Lyle and Erik’s release, but I feel like there’s so much back and forth with what he’s been saying. He’s trying to be inspirational with their case here? Wanting the public to be more involved in cases Surely he knows there will be public anger towards him if he doesn’t recommend their release, and they’ll go harder on him. I honestly don’t know. Would love to hear peoples thoughts or theories on this.

For the past few months I’ve been trying to get my cat approved to be my ESA at my college campus. This morning I just got the okay to bring him and just a couple hours ago I introduced him to the room. I brought him his cat bed, cat tree, food and water bowls, litter box, and all of his toys to help him adjust but he is just not happy at all right now. He’s hiding underneath my bed in a corner with his head down. The suite I live in is luckily very closed off and doesn’t have much noise at all besides some opening and closing doors, and once in a while there’s a very loud fire alarm, but that’s about it for noise. One of the reasons I brought him was because he gets anxious at home because of our dogs constantly barking and my dad is rough with him when he handles him. My parents were also over feeding him and now he’s overweight. I thought bringing him here might be better for him, but I guess I’m just having second thoughts about it since he’s almost 10, and I’m worried the stress will affect him badly. I’m also worried that if he does get used to it, he’ll get stressed all over again when I bring him back home for summer break. I feel so bad seeing him so scared, and I would feel so guilty if I stressed him out so much with this that he started having health issues. Should I be worrying this much about him? Should I just bring him back home?

Have been here multiple times to ask for help and you all have always been supportive(sometimes mean 😂 I like it though) and I am here again.
Me and her have been in a long distance relationship for 3 months now and I've visited her every month. We both are on visas in the US and her is about to expire in July. Her initial plan was to go back to school and I was working on moving to her city cuz she cannot handle long distance and so can't I and as I have the flexibility to wfh but still had to work hard to get the approval. Now her minds keeps on changing. One day she will say she wants to study in Canada where her parents live the next day she will come back to the original plan of studying in the same city then the next day again it will be something else. I am trying my best to be as calm as possible but my mind is getting fried by her decision-making and the fickleness. She has even told me to not move until she doesn't decide what she wants to do and she acknowledges what she is doing is confusing me as she is not stable in what school she wants and where she wants to go. As much as it hurts I will not influence her decision but I also don't see her applying for colleges or at least making efforts to research on what she wants to do and the deadlines is March or June to submit the application. Seeing that I am now getting the strong urge to help her by at least providing suggestion about what all options she has based on her interest and her previous work experience. But I did tell her I am there to help her in whatever way I can but I said to her that she needs to show me she need that help else its pointless. She replied saying “yes I know baby”. Does providing help also come under controlling? Does asking for a game plan from her side come under controlling?
Can you all please tell me how I can handle this in a healthy manner or is there a way I can communicate this to her.
